I just completed 12 sessions of OT with Robin, who prescribed a series of exercises designed to treat my dislocated shoulder. I appreciated his expertise and knowledge, often encouraging me to go beyond my expectations. He also prescribed home exercises
which have been helpful in my recovery. I highly recommend this service.

My experience with Outpatient Rehab was the best. Everyone, the security guard, the ladies in the office where one checks in and Mandy, my therapist, were so kind, friendly and welcoming. It was a bonus to be able to enter the hospital at the south entrance close to the parking garage and stay out of the weather. Mandy Cilliers is a great person, a great therapist. She was so helpful, guiding me and giving me instructions to help me address incontinence and more. She is a Great Lady!

I been using the rehabilitation for years for many different parts of my body and love how they work with you and listen to you. Been a lot of other places that you are just a number and never really work with you not at Baycare it's always one on one and you get the help you need.

All of the people I have interacted with has been so amazing. The therapist I am seeing is fantastic as well, I have to take my newborn along with me and she adores him and holds him when necessary so I can focus on my exercises. I could not be happier doing my rehab here.

I can’t say enough about this place. From the office ladies to the Therapists. We have seen so much progress made with Ricky. We tell everyone this is the place to go for outpatient rehab. We are so thankful to everyone that works here. Strokes are life changing for the whole family. But we see progress made everyday and our lives are becoming more normal and we are excited for the future again.
