What a breath of fresh air! We were welcomed by the most amazing Concierge, Kathy- whose warm smile and prompt attention made us feel so at home! Victoria in admissions worked tirelessly with us to get my loved ones in- she’s top notch and is AMAZING at her job! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our loved ones at this facility.

Do not put your love one here unless, they can speak or care for themselves. These people do not care. They have maybe two competent nurses in the facility. The rest ignore you, or look at you like you nuts. Nurse bonnie was a joke. I watched her try to be in charge during a tornado warning. She was yelling to get all the patients out of their rooms and into the hallway. The cna's were doing that, and she came down the hallway yelling for them to get going. She took a patient off her oxygen and put her in the hallway with none. This woman was without her oxygen for 45 minutes. The cna came and put her on portable oxygen. The cna's do everything. Most of the therapist are not from that facility. They travel from center to center. I walked in on a patient on the floor, while they were changing his bed. He was yelling for help with no diaper on. And two woman changing the bed were not speaking English, talking and laughing with each other. Absolutely terrible care. One nurse speaks broken English and is very loud. She is always laughing and saying things. The patients can not understand her. Worst thing we ever did, was put our loved one here. He went from bad to worse. He died. I have pictures but I would never shame my loved one, to prove how terrible this place is. God bless the few kind one's that worked there.

The admission process was smooth and the care was wonderful. I didn’t worry when my mom was there under their care. Communication was effective and prompt! Highly recommend!

This facility is top notch! The best around. My aunt was placed at many other facilitys locally and this one beats all of them! Very responsive, cleanliness, and the admissions team
was very thorough!!!

We absolutely adore the staff and the care they give our loved one! They are always quick to answer any questions may have, they always keep it clean (unlike many other facilitys we looked into) im glad we choose this facility for her!
