I’ve been a golfer for 35 years and I cannot express how much I love this place. 8 years ago I went in and was lucky enough to have a set of custom clubs purchased for me by my father, I was helped by Dereck, he was great and knowledgeable. Today, I went in with my own son, who starts playing golf during his freshman year at high school this week. We were immediately greeted by Tanner, who completely guided our experience with a kind, patient and professional demeanor. He took the time to work with my son to pick out the perfect set of clubs, new adidas golf shoes. A Taylor Made glove, new balls and a sharp hat. Give this man a raise!!! Also a big shout out to Piper who answered a lot of my questions over the phone and then was kind enough to cut the tags off my sons new golf hat so he could wear it out. Highly recommend this business, and have been impressed with them for nearly a decade. Thank you Tanner!!

Background: we went to the other location and another store... told both those places we were looking to purchase a brand new set of irons. Neither location were willing to give us the time of day. Very frustrating to be willing to spend a pretty penny on clubs, with no one willing to give the time of day.

John at this location not only helped us, got us completely set up on a new set of clubs and bent correctly... but he also assisted numerous other customers during the time he helped us and made everyone feel well cared for. The customer service here is always fantastic and everyone is very knowledgeable

Came in on Saturday with a vintage set of ping irons to be regripped (really need to be retired ) , both the staff members we're very friendly. They weren't sure they'd be able to get them regripped because of some scheduling, the manager Scott Said he would do his best. Turns out I got the clubs back the same day. Above and beyond! Thank you for such great service.

Another great experience at Vans to report after being a customer since 2006. I came to Joey with specific desire to really determine what type of iron configuration to pursue for my new swing I'm developing after receiving lessons. As my form is improving and my club head speed is increasing. Joey spent time with me bringing me several clubs to try and helped me understand the pros and cons of each, and helped me identify which shafts worked great for me. It is a great store full of expertise and clubs at great prices, which I find to be so refreshing. A huge benefit compared to shopping at a sporting goods store where golf merchandise is sold but the associate isn't necessarily an experienced golfer or knowledgeable about the products.

Decent equipment/clothing selection. Had my wife’s clubs regripped-cheap and effective. Demo’d a $350 putter that didn’t magically sink every putt. 10% military discount upon asking. Will definitely return.

The young lady here was so friendly and helpful! She saw me looking through the clothes, so she unlocked the changing room for me, then took my selections to the counter while we continued to shop. Complimented me on my jewelry. That's how customer service should be!
