My mentally troubled son spread false allegations about us his parents being child abusers. DCFS opened a case and began investigating. Long story short, they had no evidence to support his story and plenty of evidence to support ours (which was the truth that no abuse ever occured and our son was trying to manipulate the system). They dragged us through a lengthy court case anyways. They literally ignored most of our evidence and treated us like we were child abusers for a year. We had to fight them for a year to keep custody of our other children. We begged to know why we were getting treated this way and never got any kind of satisfactory explanation. About a year into it the DCFS discovered that our case worker and their defense attorney were having a romantic affair. Which is obviously a huge conflict of interest and absolutely not allowed. DCFS reacted by sweeping the whole thing under the rug. They changed their defense attorney assigned to our case and changed the case worker and dropped the whole case immediately just to keep people from finding out.
Our children's attitudes dramatically suffered after everything. They basically taught our children that if they don't think Mommy and Daddy are in the right then they shouldn't have to listen to them. Our kids began acting up worse than ever, and testing limits like never before. They had a new sense of invincibility brought on by the DCFS treating us, the parents, like suspects and the kids like victims. And after all that damage was done to our family they just closed the case and walked away like they had done a good job and "you're welcome!".

Malevolent, removing children from GOOD homes by POLICE force and ignoring any action towards cases with verifiable reports of child abuse. Constant bullying of law abiding citizens, has alliance with the sheriff department to harass people at home relentlessly and illegally to be able to remove children by the court because of "criminal mischief" that takes MONEY and TIME to resolve in the court system IF you can afford it

Where do I begin, let me just start off by being very forthcoming about the following departments, child services, child support services and most importantly human services.
These three departments are definitely and totally disgraceful and disrespectful to say the least, but most importantly these departments are for the most part using the court system and as such they abuse the system in their favor especially when It comes to and also involves getting money.
Now that being said, I've been dealing with these departments since 1993, and to this day I've heard nothing from either of the departments .
Since 1985, I've not received any documentation showing what I owe on child support.
And the funny thing is I'm not a bit surprised that I'm not getting any documentation.
But the great news is I'm going to get an attorney to represent me and get an actual amount that I've paid in the last 39 years.
So I'm guessing that in the last fifteen years I've been paying for someone's mortgage or for an expensive vehicle.
So just to let both men and women who have been paying child support and it's been a very long time that you've paid into it , by all means check on it because the people at these departments will steal as long as they can.
These people are worse then hackers .

These people have taken tens of thousands of dollars from me against my will. The fact that they make a living stealing from folks is absolutely sickening and every last one of them deserve jail at best for their actions.

My kids are constantly being put in danger by their own mother, she left a mark on my daughter and DCFS refuses to help saying there isn’t enough evidence.

So...these people take my kids because I was dirty for weed. And permanently gave them to my mother in law...who smokes weed... wow!!! They just get paid. Period. Run as far as you can from this state. Period!!! There is nothing good here and it's run by pure evil and corporate greed. So...my 12 year old is now suicidal and cuts herself also. Great job, Utah!!!

If I could give this place a no star to leave a review I would. DCFS DOESNT CARE ABOUT kids and that is a fact!!! I know a family that has been through physical and mental abuse. The kids are so scared to go with the other parent that the kids get anxiety and will cry. Even with the kids talking to outside sources about the abuse, mother having 4 Big binders full of pictures of the abuse, dcfs talking to each of the kids individually and the kids TELLING them about the abuse DCFS keeps closing the cases for unsupported evidence. WHAT THE HELL DCFS are y’all freaking blind!!! Nothing but a corrupted place with people who lie!!! Y’all are the problem with society! Kids dying daily from abuse yet guess what? These dumb people don’t care! I pray y’all don’t have kids of your own! DCFS grow a pair and stick up for the children.

This place needs investigated and punished for the harm and wrongs they do on purpose to innocent families knowing they are innocent Admitting they know that then still trying to take it baby. 9 hours of interrogation they gave my friends to convince them to lie just to be abke to leave with their brand new born baby. It was unreal in today's day in age this literally is a thing that we Allow? Unbelievable this place isn't trying to help anyone. So sad when the service is actually very needed just not by corrupt people who have ill intent.
