Had an appointment at 11:00am but came late at around 11:15am the lady in the reception still accepted me as there are still many people inside waiting. There are plenty of chairs in the waiting area and there are 5 staffs that are doing the biometrics. Entered the office at 11:15am and my number was called at around 12:30pm. I’m out at 12:40pm. Actually, i think that was fast as they call one number after another. I came on a Friday. After i got out i saw a queue outside. It’s a long wait but inside is comfortable, cold aircon, toilets are clean, and there is also a small TV that they play movies for kids, so children will be entertained while waiting. The staff that took me for biometrics is very friendly and professional. I also saw how other staff treat other applicants with kindness. Overall, my experience on this place is good.

I was there half an hour ago. Due to my health condition I was in pain. But there was cooperation from two employees. A blonde and a brunette. Thank you for this cooperation. And thanks to the manager. I wish you a nice day.

Friendly employees, well-organized, pretty straight-forward process for getting in line to get your biometrics taken for USCIS/UK Visas. Simple “1 door for entry, 1 door for exit”.

Some applicants are told nice or cooperative sometimes with basic instructions such as putting their phones on silent!

What a superfast and amazing services. I turned up 40 mins early. They processed me through and got everything done in about 10 mins. Super friendly staff and one of the staff was super happy to have met the 2nd Tongan in her job. First one, was the famous wrestler 'King Haku"

Note: It is not clear from main Semoran Blvd of where is the USCIS Application Center is. Just turned into this building lot and it's on your left.

I had an amazing experience. Was fresh from surgery and on crutches and the staff was so so so so so kind and accommodating. Everyone incredibly nice. Thank you to all the staff.

Had to bring my dad here for biometrics. We were a couple hours early but thought better safe than sorry. They let him in straight away, got him sorted and he was done in 4 or 5 minutes. Everyone was super kind and polite. Great experience for him and I got home a couple hours earlier than expected.

A pesar de que el equipo que toma las huellas y los datos fueron muy amables. Me parece terrible el trato o falta de humanidad que tienen los de alto cargo. La mayoría de las personas que van están en estado vulnerable. El manager, y la supervisora parecen olvidarlo. En el papel dice claramente que los grupos familiares pueden ir juntos. Yo fui con mi bebé en brazos y aún así no permitieron que tomaran sus datos. Aún cuando expliqué que me resultaba imposible ir al siguiente día y al ver que más de la mitad de sillas estaban vacías porque no había mucha gente. Traté de hablar con el manager que es bilingüe y lo que hizo fue hacerse el que no me entendía. De verdad que mala experiencia.
