First of all, great service there! I was a bit worried when I saw all the negative reviews

As an immigrant who has been living in us for over 10 years, this is probably the best service I ever had.

I came here around 2pm in the afternoon and lady at the door and the guy sitting at front are both super nice and efficient. He actually came up to help me since the other officers were busy helping others.

I was definitely in and out there within 10 mins. (I would dressed nicer if I knew I was getting my picture taken, thought it’s only finger prints)

I also came here back in Nov, 2023 for my Canadian visa biometrics.

I had an appointment at 8 so reached 15 mins in advance. There is plenty of parking space available. They let you in sharp at 8 and then you are handed over a token. You have to wait for your turn, it takes about 5-10 mins for the entire process. Overall it was a smooth and hassle free process.

It's our first visit to application support center. There was quite a good parking space. It is based on appointments. They helped to get the documents organized and once we are in, you will get a token to get your biometrics done.

As part of biometrics your photo and fingerprints are taken. The office is very clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful. The staff regularly cleans the frequently touched surfaces as well and infact the staff cleaned for every application.

Finally it was a quick and easy process. Thanks.

Took my uncle to this place for immigration biometric appointment. He had to wait inline outside in direct hot sunlight for more than 30 minutes. Are your serious, your need to correct this before someone get heat stroke.

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. I waited standing on line for 40 minutes and got a token to sit and wait for another 40 minutes. The front desk person didn’t even reply my Good afternoon or speak anything to me. However, the person doing the biometric was friendly even though he was clearly overworked. There are about 7-8 stations but only 2-3 personnel working today. Bring in your passport, documents, IDs. Be a bit late from my experience, the wait time is less.

We had an appointment at 9 am, arrived at 8:50 am. To be waited outside in the line. Office is low on staff, but they were working pretty quickly. We were done in 35 minutes. The staff was good and courteous. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Black lady and Hispanic lady here are rude and the old white man is also rude. They act like they are doing you a favor when they are doing the job they apply for. Need to improve costumer service or what ever you wanna call it. *Disappointed *
