One of the worst post office I've ever been to. The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism I saw at this location was absolutely appalling. The woman behind the counter was absolutely rude and disrespectful even though I just had a simple transaction. I was extremely shocked to be talked to and engage with with the way I was. I will make it a point and never go back to this location again

My experiences thus far have been good. The times I have been the employees have been helpful and pleasant. I have never waited in line more than 5 minutes. However, one thing I do not like is they do not scan the packages and do not hand you a receipt as proof that it has been received. That leaves me unsure if my package will be sent. I have a package that is still currently pending to be shipped and it’s been more than 3 business days. Overall, I’ll still come to this post office since it’s close by where I stay. I’ll make sure to speak with the manager sometime soon to address the items not being scanned when handing it to employees.

I always get nervous coming to the post office because I tend to get the employee who is snappy or impatient. Today I went to this location and Jesus was SO KIND. Completely made my day! He was so personable with every person, efficient with a long line, and fun! I look forward to coming here in the future if I need to send mail. Awesome job Jesus!

I don’t go to the post office often but the post office lady (Sonja) was really unprofessional and rude and assumed myself and others automatically knew what we needed to do and/or fill out to get items sent out. She didn’t hand me my receipt or my change. She placed it on her scale directly in front of her and expected me to know that I could reach under her window to grab it. When I asked her if it was ok for me to grab it she said “yes didn’t I need to pick up the money from when you laid it down” just rude. I could see if they were busy and she needed to hurry up and help someone else but it was only me and another person who had left and another who had come in. I like that the wait wasn’t long at all!

I am shocked at the lack of professionalism at this location. The woman at the counter refused to give me a receipt for a package that I was shipping. That seems really shady - why in the world would you not give a customer a receipt? She then went on to say how the postal workers take too many days off, they don't do their job, and that the supervisor / manager of this location takes more breaks than works. Announcing all of this to a line full of customers. I would love to have the Post Office management explain why they can't give out receipts here but can at other locations-

Recently had some very important documents sent to Mexico, and was given a receipt with a tracking number. I was told to allow 6-10 business days for delivery to be made, but as of today it has not arrived at its destination. Turns out my only receipt got wet, and thus became unreadable. I figured I could just go to the post office, and they could find a way to resolve this inconvenience, but it doesn't matter how nice you are to the people here, they simply will not help. I said I couldn't possibly be the ONLY person who has had a lost receipt/tracking number, to which she replied "You are" with no regard towards my situation. This is the second time I send correspondence through USPS, the first time I was also very disappointed, due to the package arriving close to 3 months after it was sent (I blamed high volumes due to the time of the year). Not only did the package arrive so late, but when I was sending it (Holiday season), the lady told her coworker to hurry up because I probably had to get back to getting hammered drunk, I DON'T EVEN DRINK! Anyway, there HAS to be a way to retrieve some information regarding my mail, it can't solely depend on a piece of paper, this is 2018, everything is digitally stored. I know there is definitely a way to help here, USPS and their employees can't possibly be this incompetent. I hope someone from a higher echelon that can do something will contact me to resolve this issue. As of right now, I will never use USPS again, and will advise anyone I know to not use it either, this is unacceptable, at least have a better attitude about it, or PRETEND like you care. No wonder everyone else here is giving you guys 1 star, which I'm sure would rather put 0 stars, but we're forced to give at least 1.
Please resolve this issue, implement a better tracking system, or at least hire people who actually care for the customer.
