Great place! So happy with my new bike. Great friendly and professional staff. I like the fact that they know their stuff, and were not trying to up sale me on anything, but rather helped me pick the right bike for me. I really like the fact that I got to test the bike before purchasing to ensure I really liked it. Very happy with my purchase and love how well it has done on some of the local trails.

As a Marine stationed in various locations across the United States, I have visited numerous bike shops. When I moved to Virginia, I explored all the shops in the area and found that the staff here is professional and knowledgeable and fosters a friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, this is the best bike shop around, whether you need maintenance for your bike or are looking to purchase a new one. I bought two new Trek mountain bikes from them and have had my older ones serviced here. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. The techs listened to my problem and correctly diagnosed the issue. I was also given advice on how to care for my bike chain and they didn't try to upsell me on the store products. When I picked up the bike I was asked about my comfort level with my bike seat as it's not the usual seat. The tech explained the mechanics of it and now I'm thinking about testing out new seats for better comfort. Just overall a really good experience.

Everyone is accommodating and very helpful. When I bring my bike in for service, they don't try to cross sell me a bunch of unnecessary stuff, and they even offer helpful tips on how I can maintain my bike myself. When I took my bike in this last time, it needed a lot of work after a few years of at home maintenance. When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Dre also pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. Everyone was super helpful from the minute I walked into the store, even offered to help me get my bike out of my truck. Larry and Dre are amazing at what they do went through everything I needed for my bike and kept everything realistic. The service took about two days and the bike came back looking beautiful and rode even better. I really appreciate help they gave me.
