This place is nasty, the staff is horrible they treat people nasty and it sucks that these people are already struggling and they have to deal with the staff treating them all kind of ways. If I could less then one star I would

The worst they pick favoritism and place really runs bad. They help they want to. And by side being rude and treat the homeless with no respect. They talk down to you. Make you feel less then what you are feeling already. Just kick down the man when they down already. They know you need them. But you can see where the respect is coming from.

I got kicked out for being psychically assaulted, and then was accused of being drunk and on illicit drugs. Not only that but my prior mental health diagnoses were used as “supportive evidence” to “prove” that I was a “danger to others”. I was also accused of being off my medication and even had my pills counted. Worst thing is- I’m 19 and someone slept comfortably that night knowing they put me on the streets. Truly disgraceful.

Staff is rude! Breakfast was served cold! They tell you to be there between 8 am and 9 am I was there at 745 waited till lunch still didn't receive a bed. Most people are on drugs. They kick you out for no good reason.

I stayed there from 2014 to 2016. While the office staff, middle and upper management are helpful, the vetting process for workers, Case Managers, security personnel, and Day Center workers is abysmal. Applicants apparently must have a criminal record and be Bi Polar off their meds. The sad thing is that Upper management listens to these idiots as if it were the word of God. The clients suffer severe anxiety, medical issues, and when put on the street without representation or recourse, staff could care less. The mission statement is strong and needed, the results are deadly. In the little amount of time I was there at least 30 clients died....

This place is so sad and ridiculous you can't go back there with your bag but I didn't want to leave my tablet and laptop and phone and everything else up here for people to steal or to get damaged it's not like they're going to replace it

Was there for several months. The Case Managers I had were great. Ms. Green and Ms. Bligen we're super helpful and very good at their jobs. There are some staff there that really talk down to the residents there, not helpful when people are at their lowest.
