The Shipping Center is my one-stop place for many of my needs. Amy the owner is amazing, very friendly, and helpful. I can drop off my package, mail it, and ship it anywhere in the world. They also do USPS, so I no longer need to join the long line at the post office. I use The Shipping Center for all of iHeartMedia Orlando's printing needs. They also do a remarkable job!

Very poor experience with this location recently. Packages were dropped off on Tuesday and come to find out clients received a message stating package was delivered, however, packages were never shipped. USPS said shipping center never provided the packages and provided proof of non-delivery. Seems like the lady who works at the shipping center scanned the labels but never handed them to USPS. So this whole time, packages we “moving” in the tracking system, but were never shipped. Shipping center took no accountability. It’s disappointing having to explain this situation to customers who purchase from small businesses. Insane!!!

They advertised as a printing shop but they don't offer that they will print something for you on normal paper no different than what you could do at home with your home printer. I gave them two stars because I hate false advertising. There's a big difference between a printing service and a shipping center that allows you to use their printer.

The friendliest shipping I've ever been to since living in Ocoee (7 years). It has the ambiance of you’re important to us they remember names. I've never experienced bad service or an employee with an irritated disposition. I Always can track my packages and they always arrive to whomever is receiving them in excellent condition. I needed to get some documents notarized. The staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating with my elderly father. They were willing to come out to my car to witness my dad signing the documents so that he didn't have to worry about using his walker to go inside the store.
