This is not a safe place to go for therapy. They do not respect confidentially, HIPAA law and protecting patients. After reviewing my notes they put half statements I said to make me look bad but left out the other half of that statement. I am highly upset and hurt about this even when speaking to higher ups I still did not receive any kind of human kindness or respect.

I will give one star for it was not a complete loss, but this place is a waste of time. Not only were the therapist late because they had "job interviews", "take a shower", or clean their place, but they are not experienced. One of my therapist could not even handle my son who I was told had training to do this. I am not speaking for all of them but I know from my experience and other families that use this company that there is only a handful of staff in the Lynchburg office that is superb! When I brought issues up nothing was really done and having children with autism it is not beneficial to bring numerous people in the home with a child having extreme behaviors. This can cause more chaos but let's be honest it's all about money with them. These families and children do not matter. This is the only company that I have worked with that parent's do not have to sign time sheets accounting for these employees and their hours. I can and will give multiple reasons of why you should not seek services from this company. I still have my letter that I sent when I walked away, which was the best decision for my children and my family. Not only did the therapist, if you want to them that, come in my home and refuse to speak to me because of the childish manner and her being mad at me, the owner Justin wanted to give her cues cards for her to interact with me. So now the clinician is being told to use therapeutic tactics that we use with our children just to speak to me. Becuase, her words were she did not have to speak to me when she worked with my son. I tried not leaving this review but I think people should be cautious and aware that you will not receive the best care concerning ABA or professional behaviors. Also do not expect them to be there on time and if they come late, they will not be making the time up staying longer. I have been silent long enough and I truly finding it heart breaking the children and families that will suffer from this business. I have heard enough families complain about the Lynchburg office. I thank God I found a company and therapist that has accomplished more with my son in her first three months than this place did in almost a year. Just be cautious and aware as you proceed with this office.

Joann is the most amazing counselor and I think the best around. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She has a strong sense of people and has helped me understand myself on a deeper level.

The turn is dire tly beside Subway, Black mailbox, you only see driveway, building is in the back kind of hidden.

I've been in this program for a little over four months, and it has saved my life. I know many others would say the same except for the stigma, but I want people to know that it does work so that more people will give it a try.
