Visited Friday @ 5:30pm. Walked thru window section. Immediately, this man approached us named Nevin. I was shocked that he was there to offer help. Let's face it, you go anywhere anymore and you can't find anyone to help, one reason why people shop online now. Nevin was so helpful that we purchased a window insert, and then he assisted us with a roll of screen. I am very satisfied with our visit today, and thank you, Nevin, for all your help. Your store is very fortunate to have a dedicated, hard-working employee, such as Nevin.

New Doors for Condo Reno
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing new interior doors from Home Depot Windsor located on Division rd. and it was a great experience. From the moment I entered the door and window section Nevin went above and beyond to help me learn about various kinds of doors and hardware, I soon realized this job was a little bit above my skill level, Nevin helped me match with a Home Depot certified pro contractor. By the time I made it out to my car, the contractor had already called me to set up an appointment to see the job site.

The next day, I returned to Home Depot to visit the door section once again to buy the materials for the pro. I was glad to see that Nevin was working and could assist, he was able to answer all of my questions and help me get the right products for the job. Nevin provided exceptional customer service, he is very knowledgeable, and made the ordering process comforting.

I will definitely continue to shop at Home Depot, Windsor, Division location. Thank you for the great experience Nevin.

Worst experience tonight with a girl in paint (blonde, with a snake tattoo on her hand).
She was a rude no it all. She was trying to tell my daughter that customer service couldn't help check her out, she was very unknowlegeable about the paint and argumentative. I simple asked for indoor outdoor paint with a high gloss first she said they didn't sell that, then she took me to marquee, while ignoring what I was trying to say to her, then I found it (on my own) and she tried saying it was out of stock all summer, I just bought a gallon in the summer, but she kept insisting it was never there, even though she clearly was unfamiliar with the product). Then to cap it off my paint was in the shaker, she took off to customer service to talk while I was left waiting, I had to call her back over (it was about 5 minutes to closing) and when she came back she acted very annoyed.(as was i).. Ithis is my favorite store and I've spent 10s of thousands of dollars in here over the last little while.. it's still my favorite store, but this was hopefully my 1st and last bad experience.. it started off great the fella in customer service was very welcoming at the desk and everyone else was amazing as always

In all my days, I've never had the misfortune of giving such a disorganized company my money. I've had my order delayed twice, was only given two $50 credits, and on the rearrange delivery date (that I took time off work to be there for to ensure my appliance wasn't damaged by the rain), I had to call to find out that my appliance wasn't even shipped from the manufacturer yet. I was not given an update or notice that the appliance wasn't showing up on the already delayed delivery date. I will never shop here again. I've made sure to let all my family and friends know to never consider getting anything from Home Depot. Your appliance won't show up, and customer service won't be able to help you.

This location is the best. Bought some 1x6x8 today and got them cut to the size I needed at their cutting centre. Very convenient.
