Good prices, very polite store employees. Of the minuses, I can only note that the employees do not always understand what they are selling and cannot always advise correctly. I visit this store at least 2 times a month and am always satisfied.

Hands down the best pawn shop in Calgary. Amazing selection of video games, movies, electronics, music, jewelry, sporting equipment, and everything else you can think of. Friendly, helpful staff and great prices.

Nice location just off of Macleod Trail with plenty of parking. They buy gold jewelry at this location. Good prices on DVD's not sure about the other stuff. They also have a large selection of used tools. If you know what a product is worth you may be able to save some money.

Decent selection and I like looking around; usually head to the electronics section, etc
However, prices are frequently high on tools (2/3rds of retail) and usually not willing to bargain much off. Not a deal considering that the item has a questionable past and even with 30 days (exchange? refund?) they claim to honor, it may not be enough time to find out there is a problem. Overall, the risk is higher than the reward...and the prices are higher than the value.

I come here at least twice a month to buy something I need 2nd hand if I can't afford to buy it brand new butif there is something brand new here and it's a fair price then it's a win-win situation for both of us. I've bought guitars brand new (Jay Turner, acoustic) and they sounded just as good as a Gibson acoustic in my opinion. Remember... MY OPINION, I couldn't care less about another's that don't care about mine. Fair enough? Right, let's get back to business... I've bought quite a few things from here over the years.. phones, tablets, video games, binoculars, knives, DVD's, (blu ray, 3D Blu ray and regular DVD's) both electric and acoustic guitars, amps, accessories for them, odds n ends for home fixes. Anyway, this place has alot of other stuff besides what I've bought and the staff are quite accommodating if you are patient enough if you go in a busy period of the day whereas they do tend to stand around looking busy if it's not so busy... Who doesn't,? You'd be lying if you said you didn't buy in saying that I'm pretty sure that they've finished up going whatever needed doing at a slow period of the day IF you see them standing about.
This place is MY GOTO place instead of the local pawnshop and I've been to pawnshops around Calgary and find this place has better attitude than most pawnshops. Like I've said..MY OPINION.. not yours. 5 Star Rating from me.. to you.

I don’t know how to properly evaluate the things that they sell there, but it seems to me that it’s not cheap at all ..
This place has a lot of interesting things for music lovers, music CDs and vinyl records, guitars and synthesizers
There is a small stand with diamonds and jewelry, I'm also not sure about the price of these products.
There are so many staff, honestly, they prevented me from walking around the store (

Pretty pricey items, but good items as well.
Liked the motorcycle jackets. $199 for HD aint bad and the rocket was $79. I bought a pair of Harley Davidson Chaps for $60!!!
