We have been dealing with the Brick, in and off, for quite a number of years now. Always meeting up with Ryan H to assist us. Stellar sales people and varied options to choose from depending on what you're looking for. Fast forward to today, we went in looking for a couch. We had gone to one other place, as planned, and knew we'd end our morning at The Brick. We were greeted then given our space to look around. No pressure whatsoever. At one point we were approached by Jatinder Randhawa. He was easy to speak with and we were narrowing down our search by now (15-20 mins in store looking around, etc.). Jatinder was fantastic. Very pleasant and zero pressure, even reading the room a few times giving us space to talk amongst ourselves, without us even having to awkwardly ask. He remained nearby though, for any questions we may have had but he kept busy and wasn't watching us debate, which was actually really nice. We took some time looking over sectionals, ottomans and coffee tables. Jatinder helped us all the way. We ended up purchasing a sectional we liked, along with a pillow for the 6 year old, she "sooo wanted it", lol. Jatinder appeared to work out a fair deal for the pillow too. Great experience, very casual as always...no pressure and a great salesperson on top of it all. It's why we come back.

We got a bedroom set and a dining table set from the Brick London about 10 days ago. The furniture we got was not in their original packaging and it was obvious that the boxes had been opened previously. The drawers that were supposed to go with the bed frame didn’t match and couldn’t be assembled because of that. Also there were pieces of wood underneath the table legs that were obviously not matching to the table and were screwed on and impossible to remove. We’re not happy with any of the furniture we got and we have to return everything.

Note : I had this problem because the installation diagram was insufficient and incomplete information, it has been fixed.

The Brick had a great sale, great buying experience and great delivery service. They took all the packaging away and left behind two gorgeous and comfortable Cindy Crawford rocker recliner chairs 🙂 Absolutely worth the money and 5-week-wait!

We brought appliance from the brick for our new home. Last month I called them for service my gas stove. I explained about the complaint of it. Got request confirmation as well. Customer service told me someone will give the call. But after 2 week also I haven’t get any call. So , I called them again and they escalated it to service manager and said that manager will do something about it. But I haven’t seen any movement after 3 weeks. Again called them and customer service said that they will escalate the situation again to service manager and service manager get back to me within 72 hrs. Today it’s 1month over , no service manager or even service person call me. The fact is that I still have the warranty for this stove. Now I am not able to use this stove. So , what is the use of warranty paper?

As always, we had a great experience in store. We have a wonderful associate who helped us choose a couch for our new living space - we usually have a preferred associate when we visit but he was not working that day. We decide to proceed with the purchase as the associate helped us so much, and spent a lot of time with us.

The delivery date was pushed out as per our request - doing renos and needed to clean out the space to get ready for it. Delivery date/time was supposed to be between a certain window - it was a busy day for them as they didn't deliver until an hour after the window ended, which was fine. Delivery guys were nice!

We had an issue immediately and called the store. I spoke with a very rude "receptionist" I'm assuming who wasn't helpful one bit. I just want to say that Customer Services goes a LONG way. I had to cool off a bit before reaching out to our preferred associate about said issue and he was, as always, very helpful and wanted to ensure we were happy customers - even though he wasn't the one who helped us.

Word to the wise, speak gently when someone calls the store. Doesn't matter that it is end of the day. There is no need to be rude and curt.
