Love the food from the miners pick and it’s so convenient being 24/7. The staff was very friendly- we had gotten stranded in cripple creek from a winter storm and even the staff here out side of the hotel gave us recommendations, safety tips, and shared stories and empathized with us. Just really good people working here- makes you wanna support it even more.

Worst casino in Colorado , poor customer service, if you’ll win even small amount of money they’ll start treating you badly like there in pain to pay you anything and will try make you leave .
Also - especially if you like black jack - I’m not sure if you’ll enjoy playing there with very few teen loud customers that will split 10s or will stay on hard 6 agains the dealers ten , not a place for professional players, go there only if your budget is 50 dollars and youll enjoy a really bad customer service.
Absolutely not recommended.

The only casino we could find with blackjack tables. Enjoyed the vibe and the staff were super friendly and fun. Nice premium beer offering too!

One of the best casinos in Cripple Creek. It has live blackjack, craps and roulette. The limits for craps, during the week, are probably the lowest in the entire country and are so appreciated! I didn't stay in the hotel or dine there, so my review is based on the casino only.

Easy way to pass a couple of hours when you’re in town, more fun feeling than some others nearby. Just wish the restrooms were updated.
My favorite is drinks were on house while we gambled, and we did it really slow since we are new to it, the bartender was very sweet and could make you any drink you want as long as you tell her what’s in it. It was just one bartender though so you did have to wait a couple of minutes.
You can only order every 20-30 min so order multiple drinks if you know you’ll down more than 1 within that timeframe - also pace yourself, to get here it’s windy roads. No drinking and driving

I stayed in Cripple Creek for my honeymoon. Out of all of the casinos, this one had the poorest customer service. Most people were friendly. The only rude person I encountered was a bar tender on the top floor where the tables were. I ordered a drink and she literally put a drop of alcohol in the drink and proceeded to stare at me like I owed her something for her poor service. I usually tip the staff no matter what, but her attitude was absolutely horrid. I asked her what was wrong bc she was just staring at me all crazy and she refused to say anything or communicate in any way. Maybe she just had a bad day...

Love the variety of play options here. The tables are great, dealers are super kind. Luke made my experience very enjoyable. Everytime I visit here I have to stop for one of the delicious pretzels and cheese at The Miners Pick, great cost and great customer service, CJ is always very kind and helpful!

Had a great time winning. Had 40.00 then earned back 300.00 through slot machines. Gotta find the one that gives you more chances in free plays. The workers are polite and helpful. The scenery is very distracting for the sounds of slot machines etc. Food was great. I highly recommend the hamburger with curly fries.
