Debbie Darden made all the difference for us as she was helpful throughout the sticky issues in the process of getting a Texas drivers license for me and my wife. In addition she got me out of a big problem. A catastrophic so far as I am concerned. I lost my bag and She helped me find it. I literally had all my documents passports and government ID’s, all my credit cards and about 400 dollar in cash. Debbie you are an angle. Also would not fail to mention Chaquita&Candy who was also very helpful and patient and kept looking for ways to help both of us submitting the proper documents and approvals. We are sending both flowers and a candy box each for they deserve a lot more than that.

Every time it’s a terrible experience. They have signs saying they have appointments let go at 7:30am everyday you get here and stand in line for hours and they tell you they drop them the day before they close now! People work. Appointments are 5 months out. It’s ridiculous. And the workers here are so rude how they treat and talk to people I’m genuinely disgusted and disappointed. Just to get an ID that is mandatory. Things you absolutely need they give you a hard time to do!

Didnt have my confirmation number But I had a appointment today. Had to talk to someone at the desk after I got everything I needed had to renew my ID was $16 all I needed was old ID and my birth certificate went in at 10:15 left at 10:45. They call everyone numbers quick

However, I had the most amazing encounter with CHRISTINE IN CUBICLE 26—she absolutely deserves a raise! I wish you all the green lights and the brightest days ahead; I even hope you hit the lottery someday! When I arrived late for my appointment, she graciously stepped in to help me without hesitation. My son took his driving test there Friday. He had a new check rider and someone that was training her....so 2 passengers. When they got in the car the front seat passenger buckled but the back seat passenger did not. My son asked the backseat passenger to buckle and she refused. So the seatbelt alarm went off for most of the ride until she grew annoyed and put it on...even made the comment about how annoying it was. After they got back she said I stopped the test earlier because I looked at your speedometer and you were doing 32 in a 30. It's amazing the people administering the test can't adhere to the rules that are taught in the state mandated course that specifically teach them that they are responsible for all passengers in their car. If the seatbelt alarm annoyed her so much how do you think it made the driver feel? Won't be back here.

Honestly they people there are really nice and helpful when I went in for a state id this lady that took me was so wonderful and helpful I didn’t have the any billing address because I brought my parents but she told me I can use my bank statements and emailed it for them to print 10/10 for her but when I went to the other lady to get my ticket she had an attitude with me like excuse me? What is your problem I wasn’t even being disrespectful but she just had an attitude. I know this because I saw her treating the last person with kindness like WHAT but yea other then her everything one else was helpful ever there security help me find where i need to go I didn’t have to ask but i really appreciate the reassurance and for them being helpful
