Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty good selection for what I like. There was hardly anyone in the store at the time so it was a pleasant, peaceful, calm shopping experience! There was no wait time, when it came time for me to checkout. I also didn't feel pressured to hurry because no one else was waiting behind me. I could take my time to organize how I wanted everything in which bags, not just throwing everything in. An Relaxing shopping experience. I don't get that very often at all . It felt like it was a special auditory shopping time. I'm not sure what those times are actually called? It sure was nice though!!!!

This is my local Target store, I visit frequently. It is a great alternative to the Walmart across the street. Even though this is not a super Target store, they typically have everything the larger store carries on a smaller scale. I love the 2 hour same day curb side pick up when I am pressed for time. I have used this service 3 times and 2 out of the three, I had my order brought to my car within 5-10 minutes. The third visit would have prompted me to give a 2-3 star review, but because of their manager that was working Saturday afternoon, I was pleasantly suprised as to how well he redeemed himself and represented his store, which is why I am still giving a 5 star review. I had been waiting for my curb side order for about 5 minutes and as he brought another customers order, he stopped to tell me that a few of my items were damaged by an employee putting something heavy on my order. He asked me to wait a few extra minutes while they replaced those items. I respect and appreciated him letting me know up front and for the simple fact that they didn't give me crushed items as most probably wouldn't have cared nor said anything. However, after waiting another 20 minutes and getting very anxious as I had an appointment to be at I saw an employee giving another customer that just pulled their order. I was angry at this and told this employee how long I had been waiting for my order and needed it asap due to my time crunch. Within a few minutes the same store manager (I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him) came to my care and immediately apologized for my wait and handed me a $20 Target gift for my inconvenience and placed my items in my trunk. I apologized to him for my attitude but I felt due to their mistake I had been patient enough and any other day I wouldn't have made such an issue but since I was pressed for time, I was irritated. I will continue to use this service and of course still go inside to shop because of how he handled this issue. I am pleased to have experienced great customer service because it's hard to find these days.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Target store with a cashier I believe was named Janice. While she was friendly and courteous to the customer in front of me, her demeanor changed drastically when it was my turn. I had a lot of groceries, and it seemed like she was visibly upset that I got in her line. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

On another occasion, Janice seemed upset when I asked her to repeat herself. As someone who is hard of hearing, I found this particularly disheartening. Due to these continuing issues, I now try to go to a different Target or opt for a car order. It's unfortunate to encounter such behavior, especially when other customers are treated well. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service for everyone.

The curbside people are amazing at this location but their closing crew still isn’t great I understand that having people come in close to close is frustrating but still maybe rolling your eyes at someone not the best reaction but go off
I am a closer at my job and quite frankly you can let people know it’s close to close in a much friendlier manner the curbside crew is amazing but damn does this locations closers need an attitude check there was only one closer who was friendly and not frankly rude

I am a HUGE target lover and supporter. I just moved to the area and have already been to this location several times. Every time I go, the employees are so beyond rude and mean. This has all around made me absolutely HATE going. For us stay at home moms, target is our go to place. It’s our home away from home. But this is just ridiculous.

I really Love how At Target I save 5%at the register with my Target Circle Card. And whenever you purchase product to receive a gift card the Register notifies your cashier before giving you the receipt. So you get your gift card right away. Before you leave the register. Plus Target has people available to help you to your car.and they'll load your car for you too. ?❤️?

Store looks clean and well organized. Employees are helpful. Nice location. Bad experience picking up items I bought to pick up “drive up “. One in the order was missing. CVS pharmacy doesn’t accept Tricare. Update. Waiting time for drive up is about 10 minutes.

I purchased multiple items and used a store coupon of $2 on those multiple items which totalled to $24. When I went to return one item that cost $7.99 Target had reduced the price to $5.99 deducting the store coupon, which was not for a specific item, from the one item returned. As there was no minimum purchase it should not have been deducted from one item. The employees offered no assistance on how to correct this except that they could not give me more than the computer computed. I would have been better off with no receipt. Very disappointed
