Great customer service! I inherited a beautiful custom made table from my Great Aunt and wanted to protect it. Part of its beauty is that the corners of the table are somewhat uniquely shaped. I was fully prepared for the possibility of getting a table pad that was simply "close enough". But after working with Ron, he assured me there was no reason I should have to settle for anything less than perfection. He helped guide me through the very easy process of tracing my table's unique shape. And the result is a gorgeous custom table pad for a gorgeous custom table. I couldn't be happier with the results! 🙂

I ordered table pads for my dining room table. They were reasonably priced, however, they came slightly crushed on two ends from shipping. The Table Pad Store replaced all of them with no problem and they were delivered within a week. Excellent quality. I ordered the ones with the magnetic ends. They hold together very well. I can recommend this company very highly. They are an outstanding company with an excellent service ethic and a quality product. Thank you Table Pad Store.

So impressed with our Table Pad Store purchase! The quality is great, and everything was shockingly so lightweight (I had this picture in my head of my parents' old school table pads that are big, bulky & heavy) - but these are lightweight, durable and fold/store beautifully. Ron provided fantastic customer service and was so helpful, very communicative via email which is so appreciated. So happy with purchase! Highly recommend TPS!

This has been one of the best on-line experiences I have had! I love having my table protected and Ron could not have been more helpful in the process! I got my table pad last week. It is great. I am so happy with it. Ron, our salesperson, was very helpful. He talked my husband out of a color that had too much red in it and suggested that we get a walnut color. Ron was right! It matches perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!

Really positive experience. I placed an order online and provided the manufacturer specific dimensions of my dining table. Within an hour I received a phone call (I forget who I spoke with...possibly Ron...but a very helpful guy) who actually recommended that I make a slight adjustment since the dimensions probably included the lip on the end of the table.

So by reducing 3/4 of an inch on all sides, the pad is perfect! So thank God there was a human being to correct my error. He also recommended certain types of corners to fit the shape of the table.

It arrived within a few weeks as stated and it’s an exact fit over our table. Very happy with the product and service.
