Synergy Home Care has been saving grace for our family. When we were frantically trying to find somebody to help us synergy answered the call. It was 8 PM at night and synergy was able to play somebody in the home by noon the next day. This, all while other home, healthcare agencies, we’re not even picking up their phone.
The team at synergy has been responsive and has always filled the schedule when somebody would have to cancel last minute from their agency.
It’s been a pleasure working with them, and I highly recommend them!

I have been using a home health caregiver for months now for my father who has been ill. The team is amazing and always so flexible. Every time I’ve made a scheduling request or any request, I’ve received nothing but the best timely service and communication. The staff is experienced and great to work with. Without the Synergy staff, I don’t know where we would be as they have helped our family tremendously and this will be the only agency I’ve ever encountered that delivers quality service and staff. Thank you for the AMAZING Service you have given to my dad and my entire family. My dad has developed such a bond with his caregiver and I couldn’t ask for anything else!

I wanted to take a minute to talk about my experience with Synergy home care. I was completely stressed as we were losing our boys nanny and I needed another one ASAP. Not only am I busy as I work around 60 hours a week, and because of this need a tremendous amount of help, but I am also very cautious with who I will trust with my children. I posted an add on next door and received a response from the owner of Synergy home care. After a phone conversation Dr. Ravi and his wife, they came over to discuss my needs and wants in a nanny. They listened attentively and promised they would find someone who would fit my family. They found the perfect nanny for my family!!! She fulfilled every criteria that I had and fit right in with the family. I have three very active boys and she is able to keep up with them, takes them out and has fun with them, is flexible with changes in their and my schedule, and goes over and beyond what I asked. I am able to go to work and feel at ease that my children are being taken care of and are having fun as well. If you have caretaker needs, please give Dr. Ravi a call, you will not regret it.

This review is for Dianna at the Fresno location. She is literally an angel. She has made the entire process very easy and has shown extraordinary amounts of compassion and kindness through it all. Any concern I've had she's addressed, any questions have been answered. She has gone above and beyond several times for my family. Most recently I need to increase care immediately and she was able to create a plan within an hours time. She is an absolute asset to this company and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Synergy Home Care came through with flying colors, providing 24/7 care for a week this month. Each care giver was punctual, caring and did whatever was necessary to keep my wife comfortable and feeling safe. They did a great job.

We started with Synergy Home Care for my parents that are in their 90’s this July. From day one I have been impressed! The personal service, professionalism, response time and follow through are exemplary! Dr. Ravi always comes out to introduce a care provider and follows up to make sure they are a good fit for my parents. Dr. Ravi also suggested services that my parents might qualify for which was a huge help since this is all new to me. I can’t thank Dr. Ravi enough for all the support he has provided to me and my aging parents.

My family has been extremely pleased with Synergy Home Care, and in particular Bree. She takes wonderful care of our parents, allowing them to live in their own home. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, my grandpa couldn’t attend our family reunion in Florida. Our flights were non-refundable and we don’t have any other family locally to take care of him for the weekend. A coworker had mentioned using Synergy Homecare and how pleased she was with their services. After a lengthy warm-hearted conversation with Sonia, I was confident in my choice. Both her and her husband, Dr. Ravi Sandhu came to do the home assessment and to introduce themselves. In addition to the 2 caregivers they sent for the day/night shifts for the few nights we were gone, Dr. Ravi also personally came to the house to check on my grandpa. He kept us up to date throughout the weekend and kept our minds at ease. Very grateful for your service!
