The service I’ve received from them has been great. I didn’t know I needed a referral from the Student Health Center before seeing an in-network doctor. I already had the appointment booked and they were able to see me the day of my other appointment. Plus, everyone there is friendly. From the receptionist to the nurse. The nurse especially was super accommodating and willing to answer any questions I had, including about how the student insurance worked. Thank you!! The UHC insurance isn’t the greatest but that’s separate from this facility.

I don’t want to be sick, but I really like how Jannie (If I didn’t spell wrong) talk to me when I call for an appointment. She is always happy and sweet. Dr. Suzanne is the best doctor I have ever met. She is very supportive, thoughtful, empathetic and patient! I have been suffering from an injury and other health issues in recent years. She helped me and referred me to the right specialists. I am very happy to find a primary care doctor that I can trust and connect with.

Every time I come for a visit, the staff is welcoming. While I feel rushed and confused at other medical facilities, here I feel cared for. Policies are clear and they take the time to inform you. Erin was helpful and kind, she truly made me feel comfortable.

I am very impressed by the service rendered at this facility. William Garzón is the best I have ever worked with. He is very thorough and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He is very aware of how the student insurance is set up and is incredibly helpful in letting you know what things will cost up front.

I went to the student health center for my cough that I have had since last Saturday. When the doctor walked in he said "how long have you had it for?" I said since last Saturday. He than continued by asking me have you been tested for covid? I said no. The doctor said if the test comes positive we will do a telehealth visit. If it comes back negative then you guys can come back in for a visit. Oh and never once was a physical examination ever performed on me for my cough. Basically I was refused medical attention. Worse care I have ever received in my life. Oh and my husband and I still had to pay the co-pay.

My recent visit to the Student Health Center was truly outstanding.

The healthcare professionals were exceptional. My provider (Will Garzon) was knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He discussed treatment options, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout.

The Student Health Center is also very inclusive, provides numerous resources, and is LGBTQ+ friendly. I highly recommend receiving medical treatment here.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! However, I was 4 minutes late and called to ask if that would be okay (construction on the roads) and was told that was perfectly fine. When I arrived I waited 5 minutes and was taken back by a medical assistant that shamed me by saying “everyone has been late. That’s why we have appointments and everyone needs to be on time so we don’t have too many people in the waiting room.” When I arrived, I was the ONLY person in the whole clinic! She was really rude and very rushed.
