Bought these timberlands in stampede week because they had them on sale for $150. I told them I work for concrete company still the salesman said yes these will be good. Just after a week they started cracking and i called the guy he said swing by store show them I went back showed him and he went on n on on explaining oh these are how these boots are made rather than exchanging them. Anyways they started cracking more. I went and bought bogs company boots from Mr. Safety because i need them for work. Then those boots had very minor rubber coming off which can be fixed by minor glue. One morning i was going to work late and i was passing the store of MR.SAFETY luckily i had my boots in the car trunk. I went in just to show them I didn’t expected anything. Those people exchanged worn boots like nothing in minutes. I was shocked to see that and i was thinking these Stampede boots ppl all they have is just brag about how old store they have in city and all. Very poor customer service by STAMPEDE BOOTS PLACE. The young salesman guy is good person its the owner If he won’t change his attitude he will soon be out of business. Just buy boots from Mr. Safety way better return or exchange policies.

Unreal selection and very friendly staff! Ended up buying a Kevlar plaid jacket and riding gloves. Will definitely be back and will refer to all my riding friends. Family owned business with great prices and makes you feel like you were invited there!!

Amazing service . We purchased Wranglers for our daughter and they were flawed( twice) Lilyanne totally sent us a new pair and also refunded. Great communication and service. Would shop there again any day!!

If I could give this place 10 Stars I would!! Super selection, wonderful staff and even though they didn’t have to exchange my boots, they did without question! Would've gotten 5 stars but no website makes a difference to travellers passing thru. Ethan was right there to help and show me the boots I wanted. Ended up buying 2 pairs. Simple black and Sparkle were for fun. What else does a girl need!

Lots of clothes, helmets of all sorts, full face, half, motocross etc. Belt will be my purchase on my next trip... Gotta have a reason to return ?

Great selection of everything hat, boot, moto apparel, etc. My husband is hard to fit, but Jordan (the manager, I think that was his name) went above and beyond to assist us. I usually get my Ariat work boots from Lammles but they’re rarely in stock in a 14ee.
Wife and I went here for the first time. Huge selection of boots and sizes. Prices are substantially better than anywhere else.
Dealt with 4 different staff members as we were browsing around the whole store checking everything out, all of which were friendly, informative and welcoming.
Will be a returning customer.
