Was riding with a friend and her back tire went flat out near Coldwater. St Onge Recreation and Sports in Barrie was the only place that would fit us in the next day to have the tire fixed. We were very grateful and are now on our way North for more adventures.

Many years back I had a bad experience with this dealer. Since then I've retracted my low rating. I've been dealing with them more and more lately for parts and minor service. I have been happy with the results.

I've mainly gone to the Oro store for service and have been very happy. Customer service is top shelf. Daryl is an excellent person to deal with.

Working in this industry I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and that we're human. We can only bend over backwards so much. In the end maybe it wasn't this dealer that was the issue it was just BRP not following through and the dealer was caught in the crossfire.

Steve and the crew have been my go to place for all motorcycle related stuff for over 30 years. Purchased several bikes from Steve and still get my accessories and servicing done there. Top shelf service and a great bunch of people to boot. Highly recommended for your power sports addictions.

Purchased New non-current Kawasaki Mule SX. Fernando provided great experience, answered all questions/concerns. Even had me sit in a similar demo for sizing. Machine was ready on agreed upon date, running great, fully washed with full tank of gas!!! Service provided me accessories at a discount which were ready upon pickup. I recommend anyone to go stop by St. Onge Recreation. You will have a great customer experience. Lots of product to look through at great value!!!

Brenda in parts went above and beyond for us. She was excellent. Despite our sales guy not being knowledgeable with seadoo we still purchased a nice seadoo and got great accessories.

It seems ok. Friendly enough. I was making a day of checking out side by sides. I wanted to meet with the owner but was to busy. And met with the owners of other competitors. So says a lot. Very cramped and not a lot of room to check out product. I didn't see prices on anything and to me that suggests pushy sales. I want to decide on my own . I don't need someone to babysit me. When I want help I'll ask and I assume most people are like that.
