Extremely helpful store for skiing gear! A huge shout out to Matthew for helping me with ski boot fitting. I spent around 2 hours with him at the store for boot fitting and questions on skis. Was never pushed to buy or upsold on anything. Was even told to take a couple days to decide which definitely helps. Will be buying from them in couple days but appreciation couldn’t be delayed.

Jason from cycling repair is a champ!! I've now brought two bikes (commuter + road) in for repair / tubeless setup. With my second bike, unfortunately a few mistakes were made and I had to bring it back in to get it properly set up. Even though Jason wasn't responsible for my bike and didn't get any credit for working on it, he still repaired it on the spot and made sure I had a fantastic customer experience. He's also super helpful in answering questions. When I go to Sports Basement cycling, I'm always fingers crossed that he'll be there because I know he'll do a great and thorough job.

So went in to get sized and fitted for boots, bindings, and a new board. Joel went above and beyond. He listened to my needs and wants and set me up with a perfect set. Couldn't be happier with his service and level of expertise. Also got a killer deal.

However can't say the same for SB on Mason. The reason I went to Bryant was because I was left stranded waiting for a total of two hours by two different associates. It wasn't busy, they both had their breaks, they just disappeared without saying a word. I eventually left feeling like I totally wasted my time. It was a night and day experience in service.

I went to the SB Bryant Street Store to check out different models of Shokz headphones. I was able to try on a couple of different models in the store and settled on what I wanted, went to the associate at the counter, and I was in and out before my 15 minute parking meter expired. Super efficient.

Had a bike flat tire that happened to be close to this location. They we so great to work us quickly in and fixed the tire right up and allowed us to finish our bike ride. What an awesome experience. Will be sure to be back for any future needs and bike repairs.

I called their customer service first to inquire if they have badminton stringing service. The lady in the line is very helpful assisting me. She even told the earliest schedule when I can get my badminton fixed. They have limited choices for badminton but this is sufficient for the basic badminton needs. The price of the service and the string is similar to other places I checked online. They also have so many collections of sports and leisure equipments, shoes, and clothes. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for people near mission bay area who are seeking sporting goods. 🙂

I purchased some small weights here. The place is huge and you can easily get lost in it and find some amazing cool things. It's nice to support a smaller company rather than the big big chains. I didn't really have any interactions with the service people so no comment there. Well stocked and fun place to explore around overall.
