If I could give the Women's clincic a 0 I would. I got their at 12:30 when my appointment was at 1. There was no one there and they still let people who came after me to be seen allowing me to wait almost 3 hrs. The entire staff is rude, nasty acting and racist. Something seriously need to be done about this. I have contacted my insurance to make sure they were not charged. The entire staff need to be fired.

Went for an eye exam at thus facility and it was awful, it smelled of raw sewage and it was so strong it burnt my eyes and nose. This isnvery unacceptable, some people are already sick when they come in, and then to smell raw sewage.

The Financial Department misguided my father for 2 years after a major heart attack. He had been under parkland care for years making the same pay and after years of care they start denying his financial assistance and informed him he was pops have to find another insurance or pay out of pocket to see a provider he’s been with for years. The finance department at Elam in Dallas do not have the proper knowledge and send you from desk to desk because one person understands marketplace one person don’t. The miscommunication stressed my dad out.

Just stay away from this women's clinic, they are the worst and the only onsite Obgyn, Carol Nneoma Atuma, is rude and not attentive to the patients cares or needs. You are just another patient to be seen in her eyes. Just one more til she gets to go home. Everything I tell her she disregards. I have three due dates and she is telling me I can have my baby anywhere from Sept. 21st to Oct. 5th maybe later maybe before. She is very unprofessional and does not listen to anything I say about MY OWN body. Will not be coming back. Between her and having to wait 3-4 hours everytime only to be seen for 30 mins tops, this clinic or overall just a terrible experience to go through. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely do not recommend. Between them having to send me to other hospitals and clinics for testing and only receiving one Ultrasound this whole time I've been here (not even getting it done at this clinic, I had to go to a complete different clinic because this clinic doesnt offer alot of important services needed during pregnancy) is wild and going here is absolutely useless.

I love southeast Dallas clinic the doctors are really nice the nurses are remarkable and it's always clean and I love my chart gives you all the information that you need and it's easy to set up appointments or cancel and great to refill your medications

Second time bring my lil Sister here for a womens visit. This time it’s longer than the first time ?‍? they don’t care if you have to go to work. They make the appointment 3-4 hours with little communication with the patient. They really take advantage of the Latin community. The funny part they are all Latinas too I guess they think their to good with there rude a$$e$!!!!!! Karma comes around tho ☺️

Took my uncle to an appointment here with APRN-FNP CHAO-YING WONG worst experience ever!!!!! She was rude and not caring at all of my uncles questions or concerns even to the point that she walked out while my uncle was asking her a question saying that she was not his pcp..ok we know that that's why he was there to get a pcp parkland has to do better this place is insane full of rude people that seem like they do.not like there job I hope someone reaches out because this is not ok. It's sad that this happened to my uncle I could only imagine how she is with other patients....and the secretary in the lab area also needs retraining on customer service who do.i.need to call or talk to.about this matter
