Worst place to get your ortho slippers. Firstly the quality of their basic slippers is bad with no options for selection. Then the way they make the corrective changes is shabby and very badly done. On top of that when you complaint they are rude and do not provide a solution. I spent 800 bucks on a slipper not worth 150 rs and it doesnt even fit. And they are non cooperative. Plus they made me spend on transportation to and fro and after saying they will refund the haven’t even done that. Please dont go for your slippers to them. Horrible unprofessional people to deal when. And the owner claims to have 27 years of experience and can’t do a simple job well. I feel sorry for people who go there for limbs!

Sometimes you suddenly come across a great service and good people, when you are least expecting. Thats what happened when we visited Saksham Artificial Limbs Center, Nagpur for offloading footwear for my mother. They welcomed us even though they were closed for Diwali. Orthotist Mr. Ameya Kathale very patiently answered all our questions and gave us the assurance we needed. He was very warm, polite and friendly, so was his mother Ms. Nivedita Kathale, on our second visit. We recieved a comfortable medical footwear. They proactively offer home visits for needy patients. Very importantly they also provide love and hope to animals, birds by making prosthetic limbs and other such for them. This is the seva of the highest order when you care for all sentient beings on our planet.. Kudos to you guys!!
