My experience today with a beautiful and kind employee named patty was amazing! Patty welcomed me and my mother with warmth and kindness from the moment we stepped in! Patty was working in the creed fragrance section and she was extremely kind! i came in with my mom to buy her a creed perfume for mother days and patty made our experience EXTRA special! Bought a dress September 3rd from the Sandro department, brought it back for an exchange September 5th because I needed a size smaller and it had a snag. The next one they gave me had make up all over it, so with out offering me my refund they said they would just let me know when a brand new one came in and they would hold it for me.
Come the middle of October I receive a text saying it’s ready to be picked up, but I was out of the country. I ended up making it to the store a week later (today) after driving an hour from the Redlands where I live, I guess in that time they decided to sell the dress instead of holding it for me as promised? And tried to offer me the size I initially returned because it was too big, so I asked for a refund but they could not successfully do that either and said I will have to come back in a couple days so drive another two hours to get them to refund me. So now I do not have the dress I paid nearly 500 dollars for and I do not have the money and I have to waste more of my time to come back to the store. I’ve never had such an awful experience at Saks with Sandro. Extremely unhappy and disappointed, once I receive my refund most likely will not be back.

First off, I can honestly say that the service I received was exemplary and unfortunately The Last of a Dying Breed I would like to thank Nelson and his lovely sales associate Triana for being problem solver making the transaction nice and smooth and comfortable and above all me what I call five star service.

In sales, which I have been in for over 28 years, I can say that they are what separates the wolves from the sheep in regards to sales, customer service, and client retention. It’s all about qualifying the client for the correct product and to their needs and that they did with flying colors I would like to applaud these two for going above and beyond for me & in turn have a lifetime client
based off of general principal alone once again standing ovation for these two individuals God bless you and your families.

Love this place, but you can’t just browse the fragrances without having someone literally up your bum. This is why I buy everything online… get rid of this practice… feels like a car dealership

Went shopping for MOB dresses, surprised by the selection, I was actually told to look online.
Found several items to try on, fitting room was filthy and smelled like pee. I didn’t want to take my shoes off and walk around a dirty carpet.
Found a dress that had to be ordered online with the sales associate, a few hours later at home I pull up the dress in your website to show my friend and it had a $100 promo code.
This whole experience made me not want to ship at Saks, so disappointing.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! When did they change their return policy to 30 days? It’s definitely not stated anywhere on their purchase confirmation email or their return emails. How is one supposed to know?! No steps taken to remedie the situation. Just lost me as a customer.
