First time and last time, came an hour before closing and to check out some putters and clubs and while testing out my second putter a very rude employee man (white) approached me and my brother and said “Put the putters back in the right spot I’m not trying to be here all night”. Could have said it in a nicer tone. honestly I think the putter was already in the wrong spot from a previous customer. Overall he was being a total jerk and made the environment very uncomfortable and hard to browse at putters and clubs. He even was giving us occasional stares in our direction like we were doing something wrong. Would not recommend to a friend overpriced items. Only good if you want to test out clubs putters then buy it online.

This place is amazing. Your not going to find many store like this with multiple launch monitors set up for you to come in and hit balls and play around with the fancy new clubs. The employees were very helpful and professional when I was buying a full set of mizuno irons and a new ping driver. However, I had returned on another day to buy a sand wedge and it was very apparent that the sales weren’t as helpful as they work off of a commission based sales model. I intended to also purchase a 5 wood or hybrid that day as well but the sales went off to help another customer who was buying a full set of irons. I had an issue with my mizuno clubs and the manager of the store handled my case with a lot of care. Also they have a 90 day return policy on most of their products if you are not satisfied and they offer full store credit. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking to buy new clubs.

Smaller compared to the Santa Ana store and nowhere as busy, which is nice. The store is super relaxed, which is great.

First, the equipment tech was super helpful and friendly. 5 stars

Second, the club department employee didn't even acknowledge my presence, although he was sitting right there. So I helped myself to some swings on the launch monitor with the used clubs. 0 stars

Bought a whole set of clubs last month. Didn't like the putter so I went for the return. However, only store credits were issued because it was a second hand club... But the guys seems friendly so I still give them 5 stars. However, I believe this policy should be told before I made the purchase
