I had my car here because it wouldn't start. The first week they called me and said that the problem wasn't superficial, that it was the engine or the transmission and that I had to wait for my car's turn to be checked and tell me if my warranty would cover it or if I had to pay out of pocket. A month later they called me and said that my car's warranty had expired and that if I wanted them to give me a diagnosis I had to pay $2,000 just to check it and if it didn't seem right I had to pay another $2,000 to put everything back and take my car, because they assured me that it was the engine or the transmission of my car. It's totally inconsiderate that after a month a service advisor gives you news like that. That same day I towed my car to another place and surprise, it was a simple spark plug that they changed in less than 10 minutes and my car is perfect... after this place gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars. Maybe because I was a woman they wanted to make me look stupid.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE! CAVEAT EMPTOR! I took my vehicle (2019 model)here for a Routine service maintenance. They did an initial inspection and came up with a whole bunch of issues that was thousands of dollars they claim that it was under warranty and I wouldn’t have to pay anything so I agreed to the services unfortunately, a few weeks later, the car has multiple issues I would not take your car here. Not sure what they did to my car. Caused issues and they over charge! You have been warned!

Brought my car in for service and David Simon was of great assistance , professional & kind. All the workers there are like David, that I have dealt with the previous 2 times I brought my car in. They honor my aftermarket Buick/GMC warranty with zero push back unlike at Karp down the road. It was easy to make an appt and stay on top of the progress of the car status.

A+++ What a great experience. I can't thank Keith enough who is the service manager at Rockville Center GMC. I had issues with my brand new 2023 Sierra Denali and he took care of it in a timely manor and also provided me with a courtesy vehicle. Keith stayed on top of informing me what they were up to with my vehicle and assured me they will find the issue! I first brought my vehicle to king o rourke in Smithtown and it was a nightmare. Very unprofessional and were unable to fix my trucks issue. If you ever need service on your vehicle or looking to buy/lease then GMC in Rockville center is your place! Outstanding customer service and they make you feel at ease if you have any issues. My family and I will always use this dealership! Also don't want to forget Dave in service who would call me with updates as well. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Both Keith and Dave genuinely cared about my vehicle issue and made sure it was corrected.

I've been taking my truck here since I bought it 3 yrs ago even though there are closer GMC services centers to my home because they always do their best to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. I was even contacted by Keith the service manager directly who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy my last visit.

I own a 2021 Chevy Traverse. During the purchasing process, dealership informed the vehicle could be taken to "Any GM dealership, Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC.." While signing in vehicle the senior service advisor stated the service center was GMC and I should of taken my vehicle to Chevy. Not happy with his comments. But they took the car in for service. NOTE TO MANAGMENT: Re-educate your staff.
