I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The lobby, beautifully decorated for the holidays, instantly put me in a festive mood. The customer service was top-notch—every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to assist.

The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and organization. It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with kitchenware, which made my stay even more convenient. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, such as the neatly folded towels, complimentary toiletries, and even small touches like the decorative tissues/paper towels/hand towels staged within room.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It was outstanding! There was such a great variety of options to pick from, including fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and even make-your-own waffles. I loved the coffee, and normally that’s not a common experience for me at hotels. Everything was fresh, delicious, and replenished quickly by the attentive staff. It was the perfect way to start my day.

This hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms are clean, quiet, breakfast was good. There is no dinner restaurant but several decent restaurants are a couple minutes away. The front office staff (Jenny) was hardworking and very capable. Unjammed the boarding pass printer quickly, brought more paper, and was acted like taking care of our needs was her main purpose in life. Other staff we interacted with were all well trained as well. It's not the Four Seasons, but for a pre-flight hotel its everything you need.

By far my favorite experience in a hotel! It was comfortable, clean and the staff was amazing! Their breakfast service was delicious. The room was clean and ready when I walked in. Their pool and jacuzzi was fun and my favorite part of the hotel! Definitely was worth the price! Can’t wait to go back again!

Michelle at the front desk was so wonderful. I had a complex situation with a third party booking agency and she helped me remain at ease about it, which helped me stay focused on the reason for my trip. Randy was also extremely helpful with sorting things out.

Front desk is kind. There is always fresh water to refill your bottle. However housekeeping is a little inconsistent. Breakfast is pretty good and the decorations during thanksgiving time are welcoming.

Modern, clean, just a perfect stay, don't know why you would stay anywhere else. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, no complaints at all and I am very critical. I highly recommend staying here. Cant comment on breakfast because we didnt go.

Clean, good size rooms with kitchens, and a nice pool off the lobby. Hot breakfast has eggs, proteins, breads, waffles, oatmeal, and pretty good coffee that starts well before breakfast. It’s close to I10 and I15, Ontario Airport, and all the restaurants in and around Ontario Mills. I keep going back for price and quality.

We were here for eight night with pets. The staff could not be mor accommodating. Our room, lobby and breakfast areas were well maintained and clean. Pool area was well maintained… only exception was their guest laundry - the room had been clean but the machines were old and on my last time washing half of the machines were broke down.
