I had my daughter’s 20th Birthday here in one of the 2 bedroom suites and it was more gorgeous than we could have ever imagined. There was two bedrooms along with the living that had a sofa sleeper which was more than enough room for us to all stay over. The whole reason was for the Indoor Pool. Staff member named Crystal was very helpful in making sure we got to swim before the night was up. Breakfast was on point. And we were able to enjoy ourselves without anyone complaining about the noise. I highly recommend and will definitely go back

First and foremost I’d like to start of by thanking Sarah the Supervisor of Housekeeping she is possibly one of the most amazing higher staff I’ve ever interacted with. She maintains well cleanliness of her rooms and makes sure her staff handles any of our situation. I highly recommend coming here for a stay whether your on a business trip or a simple Vacation. Sarah and her team will aide you in all your necessities. Outstanding job Marriott recently you have been picking your staff wisely and making it a memorable experience.

Been staying here for 10+ years when coming to EP to visit family. Hotel had gotten pretty run down. When we arrived this latest time in Oct 2024, the trash from previous guest had not been removed from our room, and overall room was just dirty.

That said, service was good, breakfast was excellent for our family for four including two under 3, and we paid $86 so can't really complain!

Best sleep I have had in a while! Me and my boyfriend stayed there last night and needed more sheets for our room and the amazing supervisor for the house maids Sarah made sure we got them quick so we wouldn’t have to move out of the room. She had the best customer service I have ever seen from any hotel I have stayed at. Truly will be coming back. Thank you Sarah!

Great location, but proximity to the highway results in a lot of noise from the passing traffic. If you have a room facing the highway, it tends to be a b8t more noticeable, but depending on how heavy you sleep, the noise can be ignored fairly easily. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest requesting a room at the back of the hotel, facing away from the highway. Other than the road noise, the hotel served all of my travel needs when I stayed here. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfy and well maintained

Unexpected Charges Made My Stay Stressful

I recently booked a one-night stay at the Residence Inn through Priceline for $170, but I was shocked to find two additional holds on my account—one for $180 and another for $340. While I understand that hotels often place holds for incidentals, this was excessive and unexpected.

As a traveler, having access to funds is crucial, and these holds put me in an uncomfortable position, especially since I was not informed about them at the time of booking or check-in. What if I had needed those funds during my trip?

The stay itself may have been fine, but this experience overshadowed it. Transparency about charges and holds is essential. Unfortunately, this lack of communication left me disappointed and unlikely to book here again.

Room was clean, had plenty of space, and ample lighting. Could use some 3-way switches so you don't have to walk all the way across the room. The closet may look like it's missing a door, but it works since that area doesn't need to be completely shut

The free buffet breakfast was the usual fare and had scrambled eggs every day along with another meat. No bagels though, maybe they ran out this week. Oatmeal was freshly made.

The market had a variety of pretty good microwave meals and desserts if you don't want to go out in the extreme heat.

The staff didn't really look too pleased to be working but they got the job done.

Excellent rooms with a superb staff. Such a great stay while filming for Netflix. Breakfast is spot on, cleaning service is everything you could wish for and the staff? Did I mention the staff? They are the reason this place is at its best. Thank you Residence Inn for a wonderful 5 month stay while filming. It was wonderful.
