Be aware of this place . We had very bad experience at Littile Elm with BCBA and her assistance . If you really want to see your kids safe and progress this ISNOT the right place . Donot send your child to Radiant Autism Center .
My autistic daughter used to go this facilities they didnot takecare of her .No progress what so ever no treatment plan implement . Moreover we have noticed her REGRESSION .
They are more into business to make money from the insurance .

UPDATE: After posting the review, I was contacted by Chris (CEO). He was hands on with getting my issue resolved. Thank you, Chris.

At this point, I am being harassed. After my son was assessed, I decided not to continue with ABA. First, I questioned the claim due to the rendering provider listed, was not the BCBA that assessed my son. They finally convinced me that claim was valid, so I paid claim through my HSA.

Now, I receive an invoice every month stating that I owe. I’ve called, and emailed with no response.

If you are interested in receiving ABA with them, please proceed with caution.

Radiant as an organization does not care about what's best for the child, they are only interested in the billing. Do not send your child to Radiant Autism Center if you are looking for a center that will collaborate with you for the best outcome for your child.

Disappointed. I reached out in February for a tour with my husband and son. They told me before touring I needed to give them all our information and diagnosis for my son with Autism and insurance. They seemed really nice and I gave them all they asked and never responded to me. I follow up a week later to ask and they said they would get back to me and never responded and now it’s been over two months. I thought they were different and seemed nice but feeling uncomfortable we gave them all our personal information just so they could not respond to us or ever have a tour with them.

Called because they’re are listed as providers that take Wellpoint/Medicaid and the girl response was that because is Medicaid they have a waitlist and are not taking anymore kids. But, you have private insurance by all means door is wide open and no waitlist. What a joke of a clinic. God forbid they had a child in need of services and they could only get it through Medicaid for financial reasons.
I’m in complete disbelief of how disgusting that mindset is. My 3 year old autistic son is not good enough to receive service because we don’t have private insurance. WOW.

By the way - do yourself a favor and take your facility off from the list of providers that take Wellpoint since the kids that have that insurance are not good enough for your facility.

Not sure even where to begin.. first of all, the staff is really the best ever. From starting to getting your insurance stuff done, to making a schedule, they really help with everything and are so accommodating. The BCBAs work so hard to come up with plans for your specific child. There is so much hate around ABA but I believe if you find the right clinic, like this one it is the best thing ever for your child with autism. My son started here with a lot going on. He was a year behind his chronological age, he had no words, language disorder a fine motor skill delay was doing self injury behavior and so much more. Fast forward a year later weekly parent training meetings which are also so helpful and he just graduated and is ready to go main stream. If you’re even questioning, jusy give them a call!!!? every single therapist treats you like family and not only helps your child but really loves them to. 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
