Fantastic site to take long exams. Staff are considerate and kind, place is clean and spacious. Parking lot right outside of building. Multiple clean stalls in bathroom, which is not far away.

This is the best test center you can go to. Friendly and excellent staff of high quality. Large and accommodating waiting room and testing rooms; also, everything is clean! Thank you for the superb testing process/experiences.

The test center is spacious and quiet, and the staff are very friendly, doing their best to accommodate any needs. However, the chairs are a bit outdated. Parking is convenient, with a large parking lot available, and the surroundings are very clean.

Its not a Prometric issue but the Safe Exam is a rip off and a scam. I was confident i knew my work on the exam and did worse than last time . They have to come up with a way of showing u what u had wrong on the exam. I feel like they want to charge u $110 deliberately

I would say not as quiet as the other prometrics in the area if that's something you're sensitive to. There was a good deal of talking and noise every time the door opened; the other centers were more mindful of this. Additionally, one of the ladies tried to restrict me from bringing eye drops with me, claiming that "eye gel isn't allowed" (until the other guy corrected her). To try to exert some sort of power over people taking a 9 hour exam who obviously may have medical issues with their eyes is a bit ridiculous and unnecessary.

Took a 9 hour exam (step 2) at this center and couldn’t recommend it more. Would give 10 stars if i could. Clean and quiet center with clean bathrooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating - gave me a room to pray during my breaks.

I took the CFA Level 3 Exam recently. The computer started lagging continuously while typing in the answers, followed by complete shutdown of the desktop. Upon calling the staff, I was ensured no time would be lost and the staff took their own sweet time to address the issue. Due to this, I lost 10-15 mins in exam time, not to mention, the concentration loss and the time to regain composure. The shutdown might be a one time thing but the damage could have been curtailed by prompt action of the staff. Really disappointing.

This place is clean and well-staffed. Everybody is pleasant, helpful and efficient. The room is well-lit and quiet. The chairs are comfy and the equipment is all pretty new. They have the correct noise cancelling headphones, give you plenty of paper and are interested in making your visit as good as possible. This is the best testing facility I've ever been to; I highly recommend it.
