This place is the worst !! Had appointments with myself and my 16yr old , his was 1pm mine was 1:30 , ride front desk lady informs me that he can’t be in waiting room alone which he wouldn’t be his appointment is before mine and his adult brother is picking him up when he is finished . They refused to take him in for his appointment until his brother got there before the appointment even started when I was specifically told he had to be there by the end of the appointment not before !!! Made us sit and wait until my son rushed there only to sit and wait now for his brother just to start his appointment meanwhile I am sitting in the waiting room with them both the entire time . Front desk lady was rude and changed her story telling me as long as he was accompanied by an adult when he was done to now having to have both of us sit there before appointment. I would even understand if this was a small child but my son is 16 years old . This is absolutely ridiculous. Then she made me sign a waiver , never had to do this before and have had appointments together for the last 4 years and this was never a rule or an issue . NO WHERE DOES IT SAY YOU NEED 2 adults to sit before appointment!!!! Then to be rude on top .

The whole dentist staff are terrible. Not helpful and they’re very rude. The Premier in Brooksville is 100% better!!! They don’t talk down to you or treat you like you’re less than. This office is HORRIBLE and the lady that works at the front desk with the glasses is the worst one. Stay away from this office!!

Victoria is wonderful. She is in the office part of premier and I am so thankful for her. Doctor Erin is also amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see her for my last visit and had someone else… I can say that I’d never go back there again unless it was to Dr Erin. I did have to call and speak with someone after my visit and Victoria talked to me for 27 minutes and let me vent it all out. She was so patient and kind. What a wonderful person to have on their staff. She deserves a raise. ? She got me problem solved and handled it with so much professionalism and respect. I am so thankful to her. What a queen and a blessing on this earth. ♥️ ?

Excellent staff .I tell you I am 61 an I can tell when someone cares about me.afer the nurse check my a1c she came back in the room .she was honestly concerned she told me you need to get your level under control she said she was scared with my numbers she look to the ceiling as to look for help from above.then down to the floor tap me on my shoulder and say come on man you need to work on that .I was so moved that I have make it a priority to regulate my sugar .I have type 2 since 07.i never before had numbers this low like now.thank you

Premier Health Care, is my new Facility, I'm just not happy with my service, and caring there, I was in the hospital, and they never contacted me after I share I was admitted through my patient portal! What a waste of time using it, when hardly anyone answers or takes weeks to answer! I'm a sever diabetic and during the shortage of Trulicity, they was will nilly about finding me a replacement! My first experience meeting my dr and staff was excellent but then it diminished quickly! so sad had hoped I found a good PCP or in my case a PNP! I am now looking for a new PCP!

I was very anxious to take my son here as he is only 2 but started to get cavities. Everyone here was extremely nice from the front desk to the dental assistant to his dentist. It was a super quick appointment and we didn’t wait long to be seen. His dentist understood he would want to fight with her about cleaning his teeth but she was gentle and got it done super fast. This was a super stress free first dentist appointment for my son and i’m glad we chose them!!!
