Such good customer service, I had to write a review! I had an orbital sanding pad I couldn't find a replacement for, and was struggling looking at loads of things online. Wrote to these guys, and they replied really fast, they needed some more details, and after I sent some pics then they tracked one down more me. Honestly, so good, and such a refreshing change to endless stressing and amazon searching.

Needed replacement screen for my Festool mini dust extractor, but wasn't sure if the electronics board was included. Sent an email and Power Tool Centre quickly responded. Ordered part which arrived following day. Now installed in my dust extractor and everything up and running again. Would definitely use Power Tool Centre again!

Bought parts for Makita drywall gun and 1/2 impact gun. Drywall gun was no problem but the Impact gun whole different ball game.
Went on line got part numbers and called to make sure that the part I was ordering came with stator and control board and was told it did.
Not long after ordering the parts got an email saying it would be almost 3 months to get the parts was I ok with that, yup No problem.
Fast forward 3 months and the stator arrived but no controller, made some inquiries with Sam by email with a screen shot of the parts list and exploded view showing that it came with both parts and he agreed with me it did.
They went away to make more inquiries to come back and say they made a mistake and that I would need to pay a further £170 for the controller.
After talking to Trading Standards who agreed with me that they should honour their word as I had entered into a contract with them to pay for a service which they are no longer willing to fulfill due to their so called mistake. will be taking this all the way. Definitely would never use again or recommended to anyone.

I ordered the wrong part (my own fault) - I am a complete technophobe so I contacted the customer support service for some help, they were so patient with me and got the correct part to me within a couple of days. Excellent quality part and can’t thank the team enough for there patience and professionalism.

Wanted a switch for a draper pillar drill (about 30 years old) Draper said it was no longer available. Spoke to The Power tool centre and they said they could supply one which they thought would do, if it turned out to be unsuitable they would refund my money and pay for return postage. In the event the switch was perfect although I had to modify the fitting which was no big deal. Very friendly and efficient staff especially Courtney. Would highly recommend The power Tool Centre Ltd.
