Une belle adresse shopping pour de jolies sac « made in France ». La boutique est très belle et le personnel serviable.
L’espece n’est pas très grand donc il y a de l’attente à l’extérieur du magasin.

was there before opening hours, soon quite a lot of people started to come in the store. picked a piece i had an eye on since before coming to Tokyo, tried different models but still went with the lilac bag i fell in love with trough pictures. The store is adorable and the bags are fashionable. Very well made. The store assistants are super polite and accommodating. 10/10 experience ? (ps : the store offers tax free)

Polene's Tokyo store stands out as the brand's sole Asian outpost, making it a must-visit for bag enthusiasts. If you don't spot the bags on display, head to the second floor or consult the staff, who are usually well-prepared with ample stock. We came on a rainy day 05/2024 and there was a queue even 30 mins before opening time, so early arrival is advisable. Despite the wait, the customer service remains pleasant, and the high-quality bags make it a highly recommended experience.

以前購入したバッグberi修理したく来店したのですが対応がとても良かったです。

金具の下側にある4本のネジが緩んできてしまい、自分で締め直したりだましだまし使っていました。
ですが1年ほど使っていたら頻繁にネジが緩むようになってしまった為、店舗の方で修理可能かどうか確認したく訪れました。
購入から約1年経過しておりレシートも無かったので対応不可かなと思いながら行ったのですが、クレジットカードで購入しいたので利用履歴と購入した日、大体の購入時間、名前を伝えたところお店の方で販売履歴を確認してもらい、無事無料で対応してもらえました。
安いバッグではないのでアフターフォローがしっかりしていてよかったです！

今年かなり値上げしたので2個目のバッグを買うの躊躇していたのですが、買った後もちゃんと対応してくれるし何より皮が柔らかくどれも素敵な商品なので近いうち購入しに行きたいです！

The shop is tucked in a smaller alley so it might be difficult to locate. Visited on a Thursday evening at 5:30PM and there was almost a short queue which moved very quickly.

The customer limit in the store made it very comfortable to shop around. Special shoutout to Suzuki who was so patient and helpful, he had to bring 4 bags for me to check as the earlier ones have some stitching frays and stains. Also to Shyra at the cashier counter, who kindly explained the customs and tax procedure to me. Their service had made my shopping experience so enjoyable.

This is a tax-free shop, but note that you will be charged the full amount with the refund returned to your credit card in 1-2 weeks. You also will not get the full 10% as Global Blue charge a service fee, so you will get back around 8.45%. The cashier will show you the breakdown at the point of purchase. If you are using a pre-load payment card (they have a list at the counter depending on your country of origin) like Wise/Youtrip/Revolut, you can still charge the payment but the refund will be to your credit/debit card.

Some items like the Neiti bag were not on display but, when I asked the staff, they had stocks which they brought out.

I had a pleasant shopping experience here last April 22, 2024 (11:30 am Monday). There were people inside and only 2 of us outside waiting in line. I waited only 10 minutes until I was allowed to enter. There are staff that can speak English and Japanese.

It helps to browse the online store and decide on what to buy beforehand. Also it is best to e-mail them and ask if they have stocks available before you visit.
