Apparently they don't want handicapped customers at this location. Both handicapped spaces were blocked off. They did remove the cans when I inquired as to why they were blocked off. Restrooms were reasonably clean, long line to checkout.

This place has really improved! Underwent new management and the new manager is doing a stellar job! Considering they’re very limited on what they have to work with at their facility they really are making the most of it. Yes, it needs a lot of updates and not just like last time where they updated the awnings and signs. Very well staffed and really cool to joke around with. Best part is you don’t see anyone just standing around, the maintenance guys I noticed finished his job and started cleaning windows. To me this is a good sign of a great manager and great staff. I don’t feel it’s Proper to demote STARZ due to corporate improvements when your rating should be based off of your experience. I’ve stopped in here, hundreds of times over the two decades and this is the best I’ve seen this place look. So far I’ve walked in four times and all four times they’re mopping sections of the store, cleaning, garbage cans are actually empty, and the parking lot is clean. This place has the crew to run a fully updated facility and definitely be one of the corporations top locations, but like I said everyone can only work with what they are given.

Did a 10 here ?
The truck entrance is NOT clearly marked.
Most of the lot is reserved.
They have 3 showers. They do not offer online check in. ?
Parking is tight.
They have a Burger King inside and a hot bar by the register.
Employees were friendly
There is a small area with grass to walk the dog by the fuel island. ?

The burger King is a joke, today @ 1pm I stood in line at the register and they kept taking the orders of people behind me 4 others when there was no one but me they all went to the drive through, sad, maybe because I'm a truck driver, white, Christian, I don't know all I wanted was food. What makes this even worse it's in a truck stop. I saw 5 employees and not a single one wanted my hard earn money. Guess I'm not woke enough, and apparently American money is good here, and guess I'll go back to the truck because still no one can come to the counter to take my order.
