Best place. Guardshack was polite. Appointment was 10am checked in 9:30am got door right the way was out by 10:20am. Quick loading. Best staff.

Avoid coming here you might be here anywhere from 5 hrs to 24 hrs waiting to get loaded. Employees at the gate give a lot of attitude at check out they gave me the wrong bills I went back to let them know they gave me the wrong bills and got some more bad attitude from one of the employees.

Be careful when u get ur load they do not give u placards nor care if u have them on u lady was very rude at check shack when I informed her yall.are required by law to provide them she said take it up with p&g slammed slide glass and that was it

Wish I could put less stars, arrived for 1pm appt, now 930pm a barely given a dock to start loading, who knows how much longer it will be. Previous time actually spent the night here, this place is a joke, avoid at all costs.

This place is very unprofessional, security is rude and slow at their jobs. They do not care and do not understand that they are wasting the time of drivers and we have a limited clock. After finally getting info for where to put your trailer and where to pick have good luck finding the spot. The painted numbers are all eroded. Also the parking lot feels like your driving through a minefield and the amount of potholes. Shift change also takes an hour and a half! So good luck with clock management if you are unlucky enough to not get there before shift change early in the morning.

It was our mistake for giving this place a 2nd chance. The first time we were helping out a broker and the original driver never showed up. We arrived late and of course it took 4 hours to get loaded. We tried a second time arriving 30 mins before the appointment. 2 hours later they have us a dock. 5 hrs later nothing, hadn't even started loading. We left! If you want to waste time go for it. If not don't come near this place!
