Recently I was in need of a new BBQ gas canister and being new to the area PET were recommended. My servicing experience was first class - talked me through cylinders available, brought in old one from my boot and placed new one inside. With a bad back this was so helpful. Cheery team and a store that was an Aladdins cave of really useful items. Highly recommended.

As a semi retired Civil Engineering contractor I know what to look for in a tool hire business, at P.E.T. Hire I found it & they're independent!

They've a good range of tools and associated items available to hire or buy, with a well equipped workshop to ensure their offerings are in good order. To complement the tools they have a sensible range of consumable & ancillary items, including the all important PPE, pretty much a 'one stop shop' for the trade or D.I.Y. customer.

The counter staff are always pleasant, with ready banter. They have good product knowledge and present the business and its services well.

These days I only visit periodically for their bottled gas, but should I need to buy or hire tools or plant, they would be my first choice of supplier.

Wide range of stock for hire or purchase, most things you would want, from this type of establishment, are stocked.

I went in to exchange a gas bottle, which they didn't have in stock, however the very knowledgeable chap behind the counter sorted me out with a solution that would be better long term, with advice that was well given, in a calm manner, answering my every question.

Highly recommended!!!
