TLDR: Listen completely and follow instructions.

I really enjoyed this testing facility. The front desk lady was straight to the point but not disrespectful in any way. The most important thing to keep things streamlined is to wait for her to completely tell you what you need to do next. She is not there to make it difficult for you. But if you start to act bold and not follow the instructions, well you were asking for her to get irritated with you, because now you're slowing down the check-in process for everyone else.
The other people who finalized our check-in process were wonderful too! Very patient, and got us situated efficiently.

Recently visited this PearsonVue testing center for a licensure exam. Arrived early and didn’t have too long of a wait going through the initial check in process. The front desk personnel as well as the proctor were both friendly, efficient and thorough in explaining the procedure for testing, screening, etc. Overall my experience was great - so I can’t really speak on the negative posts…but if I had to schedule another exam, I would choose this location again.

An awful place to do your exam. I have been to three Pearsonvue centers in the last few months. By far, this is most aggravating center to do your exam. There is a mean black lady at the front desk (when I got there) who seems to think she should discipline me by raising her voice at me and threatening to report me to my board. Since people coming to the center to do exams have studied days and nights and are already stressed out, one would think that common sense calls for empathy, sensitivity and gentility. You can ask someone to do something in a nice and gentle way. Certainly, this lady should not be in the business of aggravating and exacerbating pre-exam stress. She should not be in position to be raising her voice at any one. She should know that threatening to report someone to his or her board is mean and unnecessary and she should know that reporting someone to the board does not constitute a life or death event. I have used Pearsonvue test centers at least 6 times in my life and this center was the most awful, most mean, most aggravating, most cold in terms of temperature and the least caring. So, if you do not want to ruin your day before an important exam, please wait a few more days and choose another Pearsonvue center. The least education that is needed here is customer service which is horribly lacking. If this Pearsonvie center cannot incorporate common sense empathy and compassion, then this center should be closed down.

I was scheduled for a certification exam. Arrived in advanced - as indicated in instructions received. Ms. Linda at the front desk was courteous and extremely professional. I was a little nervous about testing and she made me feel at ease. The proctor was also respectful and thorough.

Surprised by the poor reviews, maybe they hired new staff. The two women who were working during my exam today were extremely courteous and sweet. I believe one of them was named Sharon. Highly recommend this testing site

Contrary to the other reviews, I found the front desk lady to be stern yet fair. She was even polite with many “please” and “thank yous.”

Efficient learning center that promotes academic integrity and a respectable testing environment. I am personally an anxious test-taker, but I felt that I could perform my best in the environment provided. Thank you!

It was the worst experience ever. I left in tears, the old lady in the front is super rude and passive-aggressive in a disgusting way. I wear head cover for religious reasons and she wanted me to reveal all the back of my head as she believes “people hide things in their hair!!”. I told her there are cameras when you see me lifting my head cover and getting things out of my hair, then cancel my test. She responded “ listen! You need to cooperate or I will cancel your test” and she asked my to take off the cardigan that covers my body as the testing doesn’t allow jackets. I tried to tell her that it’s not jacket it’s cardigan and I wore a week ago in another testing facility and for the third time she threatened to cancel my test. It was the worst and most humiliating experience in my whole life.

The older black lady with the roll hair style at the front desk on the 3rd floor is HORRIBLE , she is very unpleasant!!! Many of us are already in there to take a an extensive test and her attitude and demeanor just makes it so much worse . She needs to be fired because of her attitude and unprofessionalism. I arrived at this testing center on June 21st at 730am , before even stepping foot in the door on the 3rd floor the lady immediately had an attitude and said “you don’t have a mask don’t come in here , come back when you have a mask “!!! That’s the first impression I received as soon as I walked in , after getting my mask from Wawa there were a few people standing by the door that were afraid to walk in and ask questions because of how bad her attitude was . If you don’t like your job you should’ve stayed home . Then there was an issue regarding the location, the Pearson locations were mixed up and it was not clear on which location was what . So instead of the front desk lady trying to help and alleviate the problem SHE MADE IT WORSE !!!! She’s very inpatient and spoke to us as if we were children !!! This is unacceptable for a business, her people skills are at a zero !!! It was too early in the morning for her to have such an attitude!! So it was my turn to get checked in she told me “you knew you wasn’t supposed to be here “ as I’m trying to explain to her that this was the location I picked and this is what address came up , she completely disregarded what I was saying and cut me off . Things like this does affect the outcome for many , the way she treated me was uncalled for . As it doesn’t cost to be kind especially if your job consists of customer service!!!!! Thank god I was able to test at the new testing center on 7800 southlane, the other lady I encountered was very nice and helpful !!!
