I would give this place a five star rating if it wasn’t for their secretary. Every single time I go in she is either rude to me or somebody else who is there. Today I had to go in and I was told it was not her problem. I then asked to speak with somebody else and she angrily threw my papers at me and went and got a nurse who was so polite, professional, and kind and helped me with everything I needed. it is a shame you have to get past this woman to get such excellent service but if you manage to make it past her this is a wonderful place. She’s too busy on her phone and is the type who would rather work hard at doing nothing than do her job, this place would be better off with somebody else.

Otherwise the doctors are absolutely amazing and really listen to what you need. I have been to many providers since moving here and these are by far the best.

Wonderful experience at this facility. The staff from the front desk to nurses and the physicians are top notch. They were all kind and very caring and attentive to the health concerns . The facility was also clean. Happy with all services.

The doctor was helpful, and the receptionist was also great. However, it is impossible to get in contact with the referral coordinator. I have been calling and leaving voicemails for a week now. She has not returned my calls.

My first experience at the doctor appointment was good. I walk in got checks at the reception and was taken care of. Dr Ryan was great she told me my vitamin were needed and low substance. But that I’m working on thank you

I had appointment with Dr Beautrice K Aime -Celian on June 6 2024 at the St. Cloud location 1050 Grape ave
St. Cloud Florida .It was my first time seeing her .I could not tell her how I was feeling that day I have been not feeling well for 4 months now .She enters the room tells me she only has 15 minutes that she is told she can only spend fifteen minutes with patients .No dr has ever told me that .
Then she proceeded telling me what medication of mine she would refill and ones she wouldn’t feel .Didnt ask why I was taking it my history .Nothing .She wasn’t very nice .I have never had a Dr talk to me like she did .

I felt like I was was a bother I’m very sorry for going there .i found a new dr who is treating me for what I wanted Dr Celian to do .She was very unprofessional.

Garnet at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart every time ! and Dr. Teresita is the first doctor to fully take in my concerns and do whatever is needed to get answers 🙂 it’s hard as a young adult to be heard about health concerns !!
