This place is no frills but is consistent in its maintenance and has great, varied equipment. As long as you don’t go after work/around dinner time, it’s never overly crowded and you can find a spot/machine. Members are generally friendly and allow you work in. The staff are very friendly. And with a new membership, you get a complimentary assessment with the health services team, which I found very helpful and informative. I haven’t used the kids center much minus one time but my son (10 y) didn’t have any complaints. And I haven’t used the pool or taken a fitness class but they have those amenities too.

Old outdated equipment. Also 50+$?! And next to a rehab?! And I mean next, like in the same building as you work out you see it. I understand hospitals are business but hey do better if you’re going to charge above a signature gym prices.
That 10$ could be used to go to LA fitness in Windermere with more diversity and less of “white pride” type of people.

Excellent instructors and complex with more than 20 Olympic pools to either learn, relearn the craft, or learn water sports within the outside pools or inside pools with many instructors and lifeguards. Payments are all related to each individual class and instructors. I highly recommend this complex. Clermont residents will have better discounts.

Over the last year or so, I have noticed a serious decline in the cleanliness and attentiveness of the gym by its staff. Often, the staff will spin all its time (that I’ve noticed) chatting about whatever, leaving guests to wait until they are done with their chat. On top of that, the wipes available throughout the gym are not restocked. Cleaner bottles seem to dwindle over time, as well as the number of clean wipe holders. More often than not, the used towel bin in the men’s locker room is stacked tall, with workers walking right past it like it isn’t there. I often also see the workers pull out dirty towels and trash with no gloves and then wipe down machines without stopping. I cannot imagine the cross contamination that goes on here. I write hoping things will change because this used to be a fantastic facility. I’ll give it some time to fix these issues but if they do not, I’ll have to find somewhere else.

Was looking for a new gym for my son and I since we no longer have one at home with our move. He fell in love with this place so we signed up fast. Everyone is very nice, lots of great equipment, and they are very reasonable. We love it.

Might be one of the best athletic facilities to train at in Central Florida. 4 standard Olympic Weightlifting platforms equipped with Eleiko bumper plates, different kinds of bars, free weights, some machines, a lot of cardio equipment, an outdoor elliptic track, and a pool with minimal “bounce” from the water. Definitely top notch, especially for high-level athletes.

I love my gym but can only provide opinion for the services I use. I workout weekday mornings. The outdoor pool is fantastic. Its the main reason I go.
The workout spaces are also well laid out in sections for cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, trx (wall straps), and floor space for stretches.
The spaces in the women's locker room (bathroom, changing area, showers) are not as well kept. The flooring is in need of repair. The plumbing has been leaking for over 6 mos. Some of the valves are installed backwards. Others have no stops to indicate shutoff position.
In addition, be prepared to step over puddles throughout the gym when it rains. The roof leaks.

A great place for working out. Plenty of lanes to swim and they offer a 50 meter pool. A little pricy for a day pass and I did not feel it was worth more than $10 instead of $20
