I have such a mixed review of this place.
The nurses, respiratory team, one physician in particular were amazing to our son. They were so kind, and helpful.
There was another doctor we saw, I cannot remember his name for the life of me, but he had dark hair and the only way you could even tell he was part of the staff was by his badge, was horrible.
He was arrogant, entitled, and just rude to us. He also gave my son a misdiagnosis. He told us my son had early signs of pneumonia per his Xray, I immediately took him to a children’s hospital the next day and over TEN physicians and staff members reviewed his X-ray's and confirmed he did not have any signs of pneumonia.
He was so rude to us and acted like we were incompetent and I do not suggest him in the slightest.

Edit: He prescribed my son antibiotics and gave him too high of a dose. The PHARMACY had to catch it and call him.

I was seen the last few days when your facility was changing over from Melbourne Regional. On Oct 16th, I was brought in an ambulance with post op bleeding. ER Dr. Freels thank you for helping save my life along with Dr. Long the admitting doctor. You and your staff took great care of me and helped me get emergency surgery with Dr. Olinde while you were also coordinating with the original surgeon down in Palm Beach. Your surgeon Dr. Olinde and his staff were awesome. I wouldn't be here today without all of your help and care. I want to give a shout out to your cute tiny Italian nurse I'm sorry I cant remember the name it was pretty hectic. She is a trooper :). Also please give my gratitude to the ER tech who brought me in despite my protests. After admission, I was so pleased with the nurses as they were awesome and gave me VIP treatment.

Probably the best hospital I have ever been to next to St. Lukes in Houston, TX which is 5 times the size. I started in the ER with extremely high BP and then they admitted me. Every person from the start has been amazing. They are super organized, knowledgeable, and really seem to care. I hope whoever reads this, doesn't necessarily need a hospital visit, but if you do, come here.

I can only speak for the nurses and doctors that were involved in my case. I'm an extremely difficult patient to get blood from or any iv Without a vein finder. After they realized I was telling the truth they went another route and found a monster on my foot. There professionalism was apparent from there on. The rest was just an anesthetic dream. My hats off to them all but especially the ladies who had to go through that humbling experience with my veins.

For the most part, my visit for my collarbone was great. Check in was fast, my screening was meh, my x-ray tech was cool and understanding that I was in a lot of pain. The ending however was way less than stellar. The nurse who put my sling on seemed annoyed with my questions and started to raise her voice because I was moving slow. She just kept down playing my fracture, told me to take IBPro, and to schedule a fallow up. No real explanations or empathy. But like I said earlier, other staff were great and my visit was short since the lobby was empty mostly.

Brought friend to hospital who was complaining of pain throughout her body. Checked in and was seen swiftly. Told the physician that her pain level was 10 constantly. Physican never closes the door so everyone in the waiting area hears every question and answer. After taking 2 tests, she was told to wait for the results of her scan. That's when things got crazy. There was hardly anyone in the waiting area, yet my friend was somehow forgotten. She had to wait in pain while staff joked and ĺet everyone knew their upcoming plans. I asked the intake nurse if she could get anything for her pain while she waited. She went to inform the doctor. Took a while for the doctor to show up with 2 muscle relaxers. Said they were still waiting for the results. Time passed, and my friend asked if she could have a blanket to keep warm. The nurse told her yes and went away. 10 minutes later, the intake nurse came and asked if she received the blanket. After telling her "No," the intake nurse went to get it. The walls are not thick, so you could hear the non-professional responses coming from the nurse who initially said she would get the blanket. The intake nurse had to remind her jokingly to be nice. Didnt expect a nasty attitude from staff in a not busy time at the hospital. Only reason for the 1 star is the intake nurse who was actually nice and patient and attentive. Otherwise it would be blank.

The one thing I hate about this hospital is when you call looking for a family member thats admitted to This facility They can never ever find your famiky member in their system. That is ridiculous. They need to come up with a modern system that the call an owl send an owl system...its 2024 come on ppl.
