I’ve been using the clinic for many years now and it’s the only place I use to manage my shoulder and back problems.

Firstly I get Kinetic Chain Release from Claire. If you haven’t tried it I recommend it for anyone that’s having any posture or alignment issues. That’s followed by a deep tissue massage from Lesley that helps with loosening all the tight muscles that cause my alignment issues.

After trying physios and chiropractors for many years before, I find this set of treatments best for me and now I’m pretty much pain free, with only needing routine treatments a few times a year as more of a preventative measure.

The cost is very reasonable in comparison to a lot of other treatments I’ve tried too, which is a bonus as you can’t put a price on your health and wellbeing in my opinion.

Also tried ear candling, which really helped to clear my sinuses. A lovely alternative in cold season.

Amber is amazing! I had a shoulder injury and needed an appointment while visiting Stirling. With Saturday appointments available, I booked in with Amber. After an assessment, Amber treated me with massage and acupuncture. It was the first time I've had acupuncture but Amber explained the process very well and put me at ease. The acupuncture has already improved my movement and I also have some exercises to strengthen my muscles. Amber is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and I felt that £60 for an hour was a very reasonable price for the impact it has made on me.

For my first ever experience of a proper massage, it was really amazing.... not only the 2 treatments I received, but the way I felt walking in and not knowing, and was immediately made to feel so comfortable and listened to... I was also made aware of other things that might help me and had the most amazing and lovely conversation with Andrea Lagunas, my therapist..... Took almost two weeks to get a response from them. They don't answer the phone, it's the number on their website and their google page. Owner replied to earlier review saying all calls and voicemails are answered (there's no voicemail on their phone!). Then all of a sudden I got an email after leaving a bad review. Taking my money elsewhere. What use is it to buy a gift voucher if you can't get through on the phone for two weeks to book an appointment. Had a friend walk by the place tonight before closing time and it looked closed.

A very professional thorough and therapeutic massage by Andrea ..I have been struggling to find someone to match anyone like my lady back in Lincolnshire .. where I have been attending for over 10 years. Andrea took great interest in my condition (fibromyalgia) and understood my needs. I really felt the benefit of my massage for my tired muscles and would recommend this lovely lady.. very knowledgeable and totally professional.
