I’ll try to make this short & straight to the point while sharing my experience. Location, not too bad. Parking, great. Staff, nice & friendly. As far as the imaging & results, horrible. When I got called for my results, I’m assuming it was from the manager. The results were scary & concerning and I had many questions. The doctor who performed it should have called me and told me. I get the doctor is busy but receiving results and stating I need “surgery” and you don’t know what “type 3” means from the manager, the doctor should have handled that. My specialist requested the images because he was concerned on how they made this decision. My specialist told me the images weren’t clear and, on top of all that, they threw the sample away! One week they threw it away. So my specialist can’t do more testing to see why I need this “surgery”. (This is a removal of thyroid) So! I need another ultrasound AND biopsy. I just feel like I wasted time and again, the doctor who performed it should have called to inform me of such surgery needed and results. So I’m still in the dark with my health.

Don't go off of the bad reviews. People don't think to leave reviews for imaging centers if their experience went well, but boy do they write nasty remarks if there was any kind of issue. This office is courteous, professional, and efficient. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) and actually got me in to my appointment early. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes, and I had an abdominal/pelvic CT scan with oral contrast. They provided me a CD of my scans immediately upon my request, and issued out the radiology report just a few hours later. They said I could come and pick up the radiology report the next day if I wanted a copy for myself. This was honestly the best medical experience for me because there was no long wait (despite a full room of people, they were busy!) and the staff made me feel comfortable. People saying it's dark and unkempt are silly, how dramatic. Don't worry if you're coming here, you'll have a good experience! The only reason I'm leaving a review is because I saw all the bad ones before hand and wanted to take the time to set the record straight. People just always tend to complain instead of share about their good experience. Thank you North Texas Imaging Center!

I went for x rays on my broken metatarsals. It was a bit set back off S. Hampton so a little hard to find. Parking was easy and access into the building was also. I agree that the facility is not state of the art in appearance BUT the staff is what makes this place outstanding from the front desk ladies (2 of them) to the x ray technician. I had an A+ experience from the time I entered until I left with a disk of my x rays (along with a copy sent to my Doctor). I was in and out within an hour despite the facility being packed with clients. This facility is bilingual so no worries with English or Spanish. A special shot out to the nice young man to took my x rays and helped me in and out of my walking shoe on my bad foot. Simply excellent customer service.

I came here with my grandma to get her an ultrasound . We got here at 8:30am and they told her to sit down and they would call her in about 40 minutes with no further instructions. We check back in at 9:40am, to which they state her appointment had passed (they never called out her name) we’re going to have us reschedule. Then changed their minds, had us fill out paperwork and sit back down . To which we are just now being called back at 10:52am. Very dysfunctional , phones are constantly ringing and not being answered . Definitely lacking professionalism here , listened to the employees argue whether or not my grandma had been here waiting since 8:30am

This place is a living hell. There is no sense of direction. The hallways are dark, no signs as to where to walk to check in. When you finally find the check-in area, there are passive aggressive signs posted at the receptionist area about what to do and not do. The waiting room TV is so loud that if you have hearing problems you literally will not hear the receptionist call your name out. The employee’s rush to get from one place to the next with little to no verbal communication. I’ll be contacting the Texas state board commission, I would not come here even if I was dying.

Don’t be discouraged by the reviews, By reading the reviews I was skeptical of this place!

Everything went smooth from calling to book appointment, receptionist was friendly, prompt booked appointment with out what/but/if’s. They followed up to give instructions before procedure, quickly and direct.

Upon arrival to appointment, place is clean, receptionist greeted in a friendly manner (she was busy busy) yet good attitude.

Technicians are professional, patient and efficient!

Definitely recommend this place and would consider them in the future!

The office space is very outdated and it is kind of dark but the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Every time I called someone answered the phone (instead of an automated machine and 10 min hold time like another facility I called first). I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The wait time before my procedure was very minimal. Dr. Martinez did my injection for the MRI with contrast and I barely felt the injection. He was so kind, informative and wonderful. My out of pocket expense was half of what it was going to be at another facility. I'll take an outdated office any day for the service I received from North Texas Imaging.

Each time I've come or contacted them in regards to my referral appt, they state they haven't received it, despite the fact my doctor's office faxed it several times.
I got to my appointment an hour early, and they didn't see me until after my 11:00 appointment. There was only three patients in the waiting area when I arrived. Patients that arrived after me were seen and left. It's terribly outdated and wasn't clean.
Giselle, front desk staff, was dismissive and didn't listen.
