This has to be by far the worst service experience I ever had at a dealership. Every time I come back here it never for something good. There is always some wrong with this car. When I got here today 12:00pm my advisor said it will take about 2 hours and I said okay. It had been 4 hours just to check on my battery and when I asked my service advisor Fabian if I can speak to a manager he told me he is gone for the day. I went downstairs to sales department I ask to speak to any managers or someone that is in charge of the dealer and I talk to a guy and he said that there is nothing they can do and just get in contact with the service manager. When I go back up I ask my service advisor Fabian what can he do and he has been trying his best figure it out, I appreciate what Fabian has done for me and trying to expedite my service but looks like his hands are tied. This is honestly frustrating and I had to cancel my other plans due to this inconvenience. Once I get this lemon that this dealer sold me bought back I will never come back her again, After reading other bad reviews I believe that this dealer is either lacking employees or the technician are really slow cause it should ever take this long, If I can could leave negative stars I would. I finally got my car back at 4:30 and was excited to leave that place

I had excellent service this visit in November 2024. I had lost some confidence in the Service Dept. during their construction transition, but this time communication, follow up, professionalism of the staff, and keeping me updated were superb. Service Agent Sandy C. is great to work with.

Sending a big thanks to Fabian at the Downtown Nissan for not taking advantage of me . One of the only spots that I now will take my car for now on.

so my journey to Nissan came about as a second opinion when I was getting quoted for a sensor by another dealership who quoted me thousand plus dollars, but confirmed that they probably are not able to reset it because they’re not a dealership so I had a wonderful experience with a A battery situation at Downtown Nissan before I thought I should just pull up. And when I got there, Fabian Who at the front desk helping another Guess and he politely asked me if it’s OK if I can give him a few minutes because I didn’t have an appointment, but he was gonna fit me in anyway to help me with my issue He can tell I was in desperate need from what I explained to him the quote from the other dealership

So once he finished with the other Asked me some questions about my car. I gave him the diagnostic from the other place even though he said If he does his own diagnostic which I agreed, he was so knowledgeable, Really explain to me in a way for me to understand the process unlike any other dealership have done in the past I feel like sometimes when I see a woman They feel as if they don’t need to explain much because we’re not gonna get it, which was the opposite Grateful that Fabian explained to me about my sensor how it works and what he was going to do. And because I was going out of town, I asked him to take his time and give me a call in a couple of days And in a couple of days, he called me as promised and explained to me what was going on with my sensor and with out of his way on his own to check and see if it was still in warranty and My car was he saved me $1000. No other dealership have ever done that for me before. I was so grateful surprise because meeting on the dealership in this town is very rare so long story I found my mechanic for all my car needs, and if you’re looking for good mechanic, who is reasonable and love his job and not going to stiff you check out Fabian at the downtown Nissan

I really like the new building which is more accessible. However, I do want to give them five stars on the service. I took my Nissan Kicks for service and to check my front view camera that had stoped working. They did my service and also were able to replace my camera at no cost to me because it was still cover by warranty. It had been years since I had taken a vehicle with them for service that I almost forgot how profesional they are. Highly recommended
