Excellent service, lovely staff

Actually the worst customer service. I bought a pair of Next Trainers but they weren’t comfortable. Because I mostly work at home these days I finally had a chance to return them a week after I bought them in store. I had the receipt and how ever when I got to the check out the man there was very rude. Made me feel uncomfortable and judged. I had the receipt but he said because there’s not tag he wouldn’t be able to give me a refund even though it was less than seven days after I bought the shoes rather than offering an exchange or store note he insinuated I’d been wearing the shoes and made the whole experience horrible.

I understand retail is having a difficult time at the moment but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service.

This NEXT branch is not the nicest we know. When we were shopping, staff was busily chatting and laughing and was not helpful at all with the sizes. We managed to help ourselves, because we love the huge selection and variety of clothes.

I went on black Friday. It was written on its window "70% off". What a disappointment when I found out black Friday was just one rack of the clothes they had previously chosen to be on sale. The rest of the clothes on the store were priced as always. Anyway, £45 for a pair of jeans? I easily found better brands for a cheaper price and better quality.

Excellent Next store! The store is very well presented and the clothes are very good. The quality is one of the best on the high street. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful towards you. The store is clean and for a small store it is quite well stocked compared to the Fenchurch Street and Hays Galleria Next branches! The prices are very reasonable and the 50% sales are absolutely great! There are so many bargains and discounts to be picked up. I personally recommend the men's £22 jeans and the £6 t-shirts were great pick ups for me and the quality was immaculate! Overall, I definitely recommend shopping here and to be honest it is better to shop here than Oxford Street or Westfield Stratford City because this branch is peaceful and well stocked

Very rude people working here. Have been there because I have not received the money back from an item I had returned. Staff yelled at me saying it was not their problem, I should contact my bank. Better avoid this store

Store is not as bog as it looks with a very small cgildrens section and home dept. Bit overall a lovely shop with friendly staff
