OMG Ladies you have to try this store! So many great pieces that I am complimented on come from this store. And the prices are to die for! Plus, as Momma's we gotta get the kiddos something because we can't not feel guilty (Ladies stop feeling guilty, we deserve nice things too without shopping for anyone else). So treat yourself and your budget to something pretty or a few somethings even!

I love this place, Everytime I shop here I find something I love. I am a plus sized woman and even though their section is small for some department stores, it's always a trendy fashionable item that I find. I also enjoy the fact that they upgraded the entire store. The kids clothes and shoes for all is also a bonus. I only shop here and one other store. I highly recommend for all shapes and sizes including the men.

I have had 2 horrible experiences at this store. On 03/28/2021 I was accused of stealing 4 pair of children’s shoes that I purchased for my daughter. I went to exchange the shoes for a different size and I thought I did not have my receipt. Sierra automatically assumed I stole the shoes and begin to be very rude and unprofessional with me. I made it clear that I did not want my money back just a different size.

On 03/30/2021 I was accused of stealing by the manager Michelle. The same 4 pair of shoes that I was exchanging for a smaller size. The employees are very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes. I work very hard for my money and I refuse to shop anywhere where I am racially profiled and accused of stealing. I will never in my life step foot into another Melrose store.

Melrose has good quality clothing especially if you wash and hang. This is the only place i can find clothes that fit perfect for my body shape and size. I saw reviews on bad service and i want to say that I've been going to melrose for a while and I've not yet encountered bad service, bad attitudes "yes" but they still did the job they are supposed to do. I go d there for the reasonable prices, quality of clothes, cleanliness of store, not the attitude of the worker. (Who knows they might be going through hard times).

Why in the world would you not have mirrors in a clothing store? I could see myself spending a lot of money here but the fact that I can't try on anything or even look in a mirror is RIDICULOUS! Melrose GET IT TOGETHER!

Bad service they do not let service dogs in and they came up to my son that does not talk. He has autism and he needs his dog to talk my son. Suffer of anxiety And if he does not have his dog with him he will throw stuff on the floor and the person of melrose had a bad attitude with me because I step in to talk to her my son does not talk I am my sons voice

Would have received a 4 star min but yesterday rep told us we had $12.50 in bonus points towards our next purchase...today we went back to purchase additional items and was told it's only $6. Reasonable prices but can't speak on quality just yet.
