Worst experience ever. Very different from the first time I purchased from this store years ago.

Website not updated, nvm. Reached the store, no one behind the counter, nvm. Pressed the bell couple of times, no response, nvm. Called the given number on Google maps, pick up with no greetings or introductions, nvm. I asked if it was opened? The Sales person’s reply was : err ya?! Just press the bell?!

Rude. The store assistant is just plain rude. I am referring to the darker coloured skin lady (not sure if Malay or Indian) store assistance. Please hire people who wants to work and have empathy.

She still had the guts to talk down to me and challenge me to the company’s T&C. When I have already read in detail and accepted it when purchasing online.
If she was my employee/staff. I would have asked her to leave long time ago. (At least the chinese staff , in the picture , who came out to speak to me is more accommodating!)

Shxt gloves doesn't even lasts a month should have just gone to Regina to buy and these gloves ain't cheap take a look at the photos barely any signs of wear and tear even. If photo isn't enough I'll post some videos. Dam regret now. You guys love to reply to low star ratings. Some advise on this? Probably the most expensive gloves I've owned because it only lasted a month then it tored up.

Copped a Biltwell here and the service is amazing. Friendly, funny yet informational too. A great comfortable outlet that makes you feel at ease and welcoming for a bike noob like me!
