I celebrated my 92birthday at Millbrook and the facility made my day as well as family the best birthday ever. The friendliness from the facility will never be forgotten. Highly recommend

I'm not here to trash, but to bring awareness.
My mom spent 9 long days at Millbrook. On day 9, I decided to take her home without an official discharge because she was being neglected. I filed a complaint with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) at (800) 458-9858, Option 5. I was notified yesterday that more than one citation/fines is being issued because of the findings of the investigation. THE PROCESS WORKED!!
Our seasoned family members & friends has done so much to care for, love, and protect us and our children. They deserve that same quality of care and Millbrook IS NOT the place for them to receive it. If you are dealing with neglect/abuse/poor living conditions, find another home for your loved one * make that call. Trust the process & remember Roman 12:19 ESV

The best therapy team thanks Jo and Sharonda and Marie and the rest of the therapy staff also thanks to nursing staff and aides for helping while recovering from hip surgery the staff was also awesome thanks to the social worker Felicia and nurse Shantell and the weekend staff and Nurse Sandra!!

Wonderful experience with this facility. My mom was there a few weeks and they took excellent care of her. Facility well maintained did not smell. I would occasionally walk in and see staff members grooming and caring for patients. Staff made me feel very welcomed every visit. I was originally told to not take my mom anywhere in Lancaster. I’m very glad that I chose this place. I would definitely recommend them. It’s bittersweet now because mom has to leave tomorrow. Truly going to miss Ms. Felecia and the lady who always greets me when I walk in(she makes sure you check your temperature and sign in) I even had some people to sign in one weekend I was there?. Love you guys and we will miss you all. Thanks for the haircut as well. Mom looks great!!!!

Double blessing Events

Worst place ever for patient, place is always understaffed, my mom’s developed a wound and it was poorly taken care of and worsened.
Administration don’t know who they have in the building.
Administrator is a big liar and have no clue of anything.

The Director of Nursing is not a nice person at all. I came to talk to her and she didn't let me talk it make me feel like I was nothing. God bless her soul.

Millbrook is a wonderful facility. A family member of mine is there for rehab and they treat him so well - even though I know he gets on their nerves. Everyone is kind and professional. They do whatever they can to accommodate him and he really likes it there. I would certainly recommend this facility.
