I used to love fossil smart watches everything fossil now I am a unsatisfied customer!!!
horrible communication and FG Services staff, and managers are not available to talk to you. As big as the company is, nobody’s available to talk to you.
I send Fossil smartwatch (2017) for repairs over three times,
It just stopped working and they told me it was manufactory default!!
They wanted proof of purchase of 2017-Fossil smartwatch, which I sent to them. They would send me a gift certificate which I never received or got an answer or anything.
I specify stated all I wanted was the same Fossil smartwatch ONLY, this is old Fossil smartwatch it’s not even an updated/new one.

They didn’t do absolutely anything. Absolutely terrible service that I would avoid at all costs as I have just wasted my time and money. Expecting a response back !!!!

They’ve refused to let us speak to a manager. We have gotten nowhere and now have to call a customer telling them what a disappointment. I will be sure to NEVER use them again and to spread word of their unprofessional customer service.

Worst service ever!
Multiple phone calls to them and they state they will contact me back. Not one phone call yet. When I call I am on the phone for 1 hour at least with no results.

My experience with this place was an absolute nightmare. They operate like scammers, providing estimates without any specifics on the repairs they intend to carry out. Foolishly, I sent them the money, only to have my watch returned to me in a worse condition than before.
What's worse, they are now unreachable, leaving me with a useless watch and a feeling of regret for ever sending it to them. I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them at all costs.

I sent my watch to get repaired on Jan 5. Jan 10 I received an email with a repair cost and estimated time that it would be sent back. I called them 2 weeks later and they stated that they never recieved my payment. When I paid 2 weeks ago. Stay away from these crooked , thieving , lying , incompetent , and joke of an business.

Sent in my watch for a glass replacement since it had been scuffed and was clearly apparent on the face of the watch. I paid for the shipping and waited weeks and dealt with horrible communication just for the watch to come back in the exact same condition. They didn’t do absolutely anything. I walked-in and dropped off my Diesel watch for repairs. The glass was shattered, the battery was dead, some of the bolts from the band were missing and the original band was damaged so I had replaced it with a generic one. I got the quote about 10 days later and was surprised to know it was a lot more affordable than what I was expecting. I accepted the charges and paid it but when I got the confirmation I noticed the address they had on file was wrong. I called and email to change it and they told me it was showing the correct address on their side. Even when I got the tracking information, it showed the incorrect address once again. I called them and they confirmed they had the right address on file on their end. I eventually got my watch about a month later and I am extremely satisfied with the work! the watch looks brand new. My only complaint was about the whole address and updating it. Great work guys!

I am a store manager for Kay Jewelers and we sent customer merchandise out to be fixed. They have had it since august and every time that we call they tell us they don’t have info on the watch. We have proof of delivery from UPS and they’re still denying to have the watch. Eventually they said they found it and we would have it in about two weeks. Here we are 5 weeks later and they’re saying they don’t have it. They’ve refused to let us speak to a manager. We have gotten nowhere and now have to call a customer telling them Fossil lost their watch. What a disappointment. I will be sure to NEVER use them again and to spread word of their unprofessional customer service.

Outstanding work. I sent my watch in to Metro and it came back working like it was new. Repair was done in less than a week and every repair requested was made. I am a happy Fossil watch and Metro service customer. I hope that my watch never gives up but if it does I will only buy Fossil knowing that the warranty is outstanding and Metro is there to back them up should something go wrong.
